But why is it Fluffyworld people who have to quit? Why can't it be Swearyworld people who quit instead? Simple really sweary people are not the ones complaining if you want a fluffyworld I suggest you stay in the house the real world isn't like that. The real world is what you make it.

People who swear in public are intolerant of others (including their mothers) and clearly lack sufficient knowledge of the English language to put across their feelings in a manner that is acceptable to the majority. Amazingly, we "oldies" respect more than the toady todayies and I always reprimand anyone who uses foul language in the presence of others. Just because Hollywood does it, is no excuse for the uneducated to follow suit.

People swear quite a lot if you find that difficult to cope with and yearn for a time when people were more restrained I don't know what else to tell you to do I'm pretty sure you aren't going to change the way of the world. I was being deliberately obtuse to wind you up. But we're not just talking about swearing though are we? I swear a lot and have used all the words we're talking about, and worse, in various contexts in my time. But unless I was proper falling out with someone and on the verge of fighting them I wouldn't use the language directly towards someone with the feeling behind it that has been aimed at Mark Hughes this past few days. We're talking about some fairly vile abuse aimed at him personally which goes way beyond the odd f and blind in normal 'real life' conversations. Also why is it any less of a 'human right' not to be subjected to such vile language as it is to use the language in the first place? My mum is 80 and has never uttered a swear word in her life. Are you saying that if she goes to the local pub for a meal with my dad she should have to put up with foul mouthed louts on the next table 'fucking' and 'cunting' every other word because this is the 'real world' and she should 'man up' or just stay indoors? You're wrong anyway people don't call one another cunts in everyday 'real' life. In 'real life' people are generally pleasant, polite, good humoured and respectful. It's just a few who aren't. Just like on here. We don't have to swear, there are millions of other words we could use, but if you swear within my earshot I have to hear it, or see it if it's written as the title of a thread on here. Unless of course I do as you say and lock myself away in the cupboard under the stairs where the 'real world' won't intrude. I think it has a lot to do with the alternate reality created by the media. In movies it’s “trendy” to use swear words frequently because “ it portrays real life”. I can honestly say that in my real life (excluding my time in the army), I have probably heard a “bad” ( not bloody, hell, damn, shit, etc) swear word less than ten times. Normal people showing common courtesy just don’t do it. I always say that if you have even the most rudimentary grasp of English, there is always a better word to use.

Sadly swearing and profanity is commonplace in today's society it's become the norm in comedy, films etc. Many people find it difficult to string a sentence together without punctuating it with using f...ing almost merely as a common adjective. English is a wonderful rich language why don't people use more of it. I am with LG on this why do we have to accept this language just because it's now the 'norm'. I had a situation recently in a restaurant celebrating my mother's 80th birthday the people on the next table were using foul language, they weren't having an argument or angry or making a point it was just their usual mode of conversation. It clearly upset my mother and I had a word. The 'swearypeople', they couldn't understand my complaint and were abusive to me. I guess I risk getting a battering one day such is the way of the world. No it’s not. If you hang out with sailors, you’re going to hear sailor language. The vast majority of people are not sailors. I choose to hang out with decent ordinary people, watch non”R” rated movies and deliberately refuse to use such language. We may not be able to change the world, but we can change our own behavior. Cousin, you need to take your mom to a better restaurant next time.

It's going to be awesome, it's what has been needed for a good 12 months now. There's been some shitty things posted on here late but this takes it to a new level. A "supporter" getting their rocks off at the thought of the fans turning against their own manager and team because they have made their (tiny self opinionated) mind that they want the manager gone is pretty sick. You should be ashamed of yourself but I don't think your ego would allow it. Why is wanting the best for your club shameful? Hughes is taking us down and has to go.

There’s one up the road for me and he’s always giving it the old ‘Hoist the main sail’, ‘Land Ahoy!’, ‘Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum’. F****ing c**t.

Some of the personal abuse being dished out on here for Hughes is way above and beyond what he deserves. He’s lost it. The players. The crowd. It’s gone. Obvious for all to see. But the level of abuse being thrown his way is shameful. I’d say some of you should hang your heads in shame. But to feel shame you’d probably need a couple of brain cells to rub together. Some posters on here have really shown their true colours in recent weeks. Sad, angry, twisted. Pitiful. Im with you there mate. Doesn't help anything. Course these fuckers are all over performing in their day jobs

At the end of the day somebody has got to be at the top, others at the middle and others at the bottom. Its natural that those at the bottom won't be happy with the Managers, players, board or whatever but the personal abuse isn't necessary. nobody goes out to lose and its a shame to read some of the shit aimed in the Managers direction no doubt from some that are shit at their own jobs. It always amazes me at the abuse Pulis still receives off some despite the fact that he delivered our most successful period in over quarter of a century Actually Mark Hughes delivered the most successful period in the club’s history up to 2016. (3 9th placed finishes and a League Cup semi final). He’s lost his way since then. Don't agree mate. 3 9th placed finishes sometimes coming from behind isn't better than cup finals and Europe

Don't agree mate. 3 9th placed finishes sometimes coming from behind isn't better than cup finals and Europe I suppose it depends on what ‘success’ is defined as. I take your point though. It’s horrible watching our team’s demise atm.
