Pictures on SSN now showing them facing off the local law in Marseilles
I thought we were over that - its the 21st century and they're supposed to be supporting a football team
not just getting totally shitfaced and threatening everything including the local law
JUST WHAT IS IT WITH THESE FUCKING IDIOTS ?
They know the cameras are there - the media can hardly wait for the inevitable ruck and yet, they continue to bait and provoke
anything or, anyone thats not English
All they are doing is proving yet again we still are amongst the true football scum of Europe
For me, you speak to them - try to reason and then you , give them one chance to calm down and or disperse
then - you arrest the whole sorry lot - throw them in vans and ferry them all back here
no going back to hotels etc etc
even if their in their underpants - you pack em up and fucking deport them

Actually before jumping on the back of the media "blame English Fans then find out really what happened" you should read the British Police report or the interview with the bars french manager. Fans were provoked by French locals and the French Police went over the top with tear gas according to the bar manager. Don't believe everything you read...

These first two games always had this scenario written all over them...returning to Marseille after 98 on a Saturday night had chaos all over it with young England lads and locals and police after revenge, also the Wales game will be highly charged and has potential

Saw it first hand during France 98 when gangs of local North Africans were constantly trying to get at England fans wherever they went. That said there is an element of total fuckwits who travel abroad and act like they've never travelled or drank beer before. Both elements meant that trouble was inevitable unfortunately.......
