Yeah there were a few groans at them as well. He did that about 3 times as well it wasn't just like a one off I know a few who were sat next to me started absolutely ripping him.

Same, some sitting behind me always say he has the touch of a donkey - I have to agree. They go absolutely mental about it though whereas I just let out a slight groan

I take it none of you noticed that massive high ball, that came down with snow on it, that Mame took down perfectly with one touch and in the same movement turned their defender? I didn't dream it did I?

Did you moan after his winner at Man City?

Did you see my previous posts?? I like Diouf! Although his control and passing are worrying at times he scores goals and his pace will always be a threat. Some touchy people on here!

He does on the ball but off it he does than 1 mile an hour jog as if he is trying to look like he's getting back but never goes all the way...

Confidence is one of the most important things a footballer can have, just look at Lukaku

I manage to keep my frustration in as long as we win... But if not I do the same Diouf is pretty lucky, Arnie gets 10x as much shit as him. The difference being that the majority of supporters are just waiting for a reason to get behind Arnie, where Diouf doesn't seem to have won people over in the same way. Check out Arnie hitting the post against Everton, then Diouf puts away the rebound, and almost straight away massive chants of Arnie, Arnie, Arnie from all round the ground. They both need a bit of confidence, but even when he scores a goal, Diouf doesn't seem to get the same support that Arnie does. It's a shame. They both work their socks off, despite what many on here say.

Diouf has been okay in his first season with us. Nothing more, nothing less.
He'd help his cause a lot if he copied the way Hernandez is always buzzing around looking for space and making runs.

It is Diouf's first season with us and I know he has played in the Prem. in the past, but it still takes time to adjust to Prem. football. He has had a very difficult time with constant changes in position and fellow players in the team, and been away in Africa. Despite all this he has scored 7 goals in the Prem., as good as anyone else.
I think he has done better than OK; oh! and he cost us nothing in transfer fee. Let's give some more time and see if he blossoms.

He seems to be a confidence player so might be a good idea if the fans gave him some! Sent from my GT-I8190N using proboards
