Born and bred in Dublin, no connection to Stoke on Trent other than the old man started to follow Stoke in the early 70's, gloryhunter that he is! I have followed Stoke all my life and been to 4-5 games a year on average for the last 7 or 8 years. Although I stick out like a sore thumb with my Irish accent I have always got a great welcome around Stoke and any mates I have brought to games have had great Craic with the locals. Says a lot about the people from Stoke I suppose.

Born in Sweden. I got everything to thank my dad for who's been a Stokie since the 60's. He always took me to England as a lad and took me to as many Stoke-games as he could afford really. "You can take the boy out of Stoke but you can't take Stoke out of the boy".

I've never lived in Stoke either, I'm from Hertfordshire. I support Stoke because it was the first home match I went to (about 10 or 11 years ago) and I couldn't not support Stoke after that...! Now my husband supports Stoke too because, in his words, Reading (our local team) fans would be dull by comparison.

Born in Altrincham and lived in Handforth, Cheshire until moving to South Oxfordshire at 6 years old.
The old man's from Silverdale so he dragged me down The Vic when I started suggesting Man City was my team.
Never lived in Stoke, but parents, grand parents and great grand parents are all from Newcastle / Silverdale.
Been in Reading for the last 19 years so hoping Reading can join Stoke in The Prem next season.

Born & live in Stafford. I started going stoke just after euro 96 as I always looked out for them due to family background etc. Got a ST when stoke moved to the Brit & i've never looked back (even after witnessing the spanking from birmingham).

Born at North Staffs hospital, first 19 years in Meir, then moved to London before settling in Dorset in 1992. My three boys were born down here but are of course Stoke followers.Don't get to as many games as I would like due to work and distance (Sunderland home last game) but still very proud of where I'm from and love seeing people's reaction to the Stoke badge on the rear window of my car.

Born in Sneyd green, but luckily my mum and dad moved to a luxury condo on eaton park in the early 70's. They're still there but I left in The mid 90's and only go back fer the games. I'll never move back but it will always be home, if yer know what I mean. People elsewhere don't seem to have the same sense of 'black' humour and dunner seem ter respond ter potteries piss takin very well.

Born in Northern Ireland and had a connection to Stoke through our local Pottery. I knew a few union guys who used to travel over. Been a supporter since the 70's and spent 3 years in Stoke and was a season ticket holder in the early 80's. Get to about 3 or 4 games a year.

Lived in American my whole life... Never have been near Stoke, but I love em regardless. Once schools over I plan on taking a trip and staying in England for a couple of months and will hopefully see multiple games in the Britt. This will be my 8th year being a Stoke fan. Following them since before promotion (I know thats not much but in American football is barely visible, and Championship side football is nonexistent) Go Arn Stoke
