I'm going with Keith Scott mesen!
Remember him clearing the boothen end roof with a sitter from 6 yards out.
I even let out a little cry of exasperation when he played for us in the Masters Football tournament a few years ago.
He was shit then as well!!

Maybe a bit harsh on Lightbourne to see him mentioned amongst this kind of dross IMO.
Okay, he was a shocking way for Kamara to spend our last, crucial £500,000.
But memories of his partnership with Thorne in 99-00 are pretty warm ones generally, and his heart was generally in it. He was a really good foil and they must've got 40+ goals between them.

Sidibe.
I'm afraid I haven't been alive long enough for me to remember a worse striker.
Although Pericard isn't far behind

Dave Bamber, you weren't safe at the back of the boothen or indeed the cars in the school car park behind the boothen when he had his shooting boots on

Sidibe. I'm afraid I haven't been alive long enough for me to remember a worse striker. Although Pericard isn't far behind Pericard was infinitely worse than Mama. I can think of at least 10 worse strikers than Mama since we moved to the Brit, never mind of all time.

It's still Des Backos by an absolute mile.
Most posters on here are better then good old Des ;D
Along with Ali Dia at Southampton, he must rank as the worst player to make a professional appearance in England since the war.
All of the others mentioned were at least good enough to come through the ranks at some club or other.

The worst striker ive ever seen wearing a Stoke shirt has to be O'Neill Donaldson. This guy was so bad he even made Keith Scott look like a prolific scorer!

Simon Stainrod and Tony Ellis, both had bad attitudes towards the club as well as being crap on the pitch.

I give to you England International , Mr Michael Ricketts . When he made his home debut in a midweek game , agroup of us thought an over weight Lennox Lewis look-a - like had come on the pitch , I couldn't tell you if he made it out of the center circle that night !
