No truth in the jay Rodriguez links from a few weeks back.
Likely next destination for him is going to be Wrexham.

Was a superb goal and the first time I’ve clapped an opposition goal in a long long time.
Was delighted when the Lino raised his flag. First competent set of officials we’ve had all season.

Has to be one of my favourite relegations. The fact they won and still went down makes it even sweeter. Their owners fully deserved this They won. They got 50 points Rowett and Moanbray relegated at same time If carlsberg did relegations… 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Interesting comments Dave, they might be a bit clique for his liking?. He seems to like Laurant though, I am not fussed if he goes to be honest, I think we need and can get better to move up to be a top 6 team. Purely speculation on my part. I don’t think they are cliquey in a bad way, certainly not Ty who is very inclusive and great for bringing everyone together. Schumacher strikes me as quite a serious person when it comes to football and I think what he considers “not training properly” is a bit different to what some of the players might think.

Post match, Schumacher said “when he plays properly…” I think this call is the managers and he simply doesn’t trust him and what he’ll offer consistently. He’ll be one of the biggest earners and I think they probably feel he’s worth sacrificing. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see the triumvirate of Campbell, Laurent and Baker smashed to pieces this summer. Big characters, popular lads but perhaps not serious enough in the way they go about their daily business for Schumacher?? Of those 3 I’ll be terrible disappointed to see Ty leave, think we are making a mistake. The other 2 not so much… I like Ty as well but do think it’s the right time for both him and us for him to depart.

Little bit surprised it seems to be our call not to offer him anything meaningful. But probably not the worst call for either party. Potentially would have taken a sizeable salary offer (although maybe less than what he's been on for the last 4 yrs) to compete with the Bosman offers he knows he could get, and maybe it's time we try and go all-in on a new main man who'll be starting the bulk of games. Maybe the chances of Stansfield have gone up with Birmingham's demise Post match, Schumacher said “when he plays properly…” I think this call is the managers and he simply doesn’t trust him and what he’ll offer consistently. This. What a player he is. He’s destined for great things. He, Manhouf and Burger should be the corner stone of our team next season. If they stay fit and we bring in even 2-3 players of similar ability (CB and CF) we could be in for a very exciting season. Interesting that we managed the last three wins without Burger who I’m assuming was just running on empty. Put a fully fit and firing Burger in that team yesterday and Brizzle would have done well to keep it under 8. Burgers passing when he came on was magnificent.

Had far too much abuse. He’s a striker. He needs decent service and for the best of two years he’s had bugger all I hope he signs, I don’t thinks he’s going to be a 20goal a season man (who is in this league) but I get the impression Schuey likes him and he’ll thrive in a more attacking side Do you think he does? I’m less convinced? Was there something in the “when he plays properly” comment? Who knows. We’ll see over the next week or so I guess.

Fuck me I’ve just nearly fell down the stairs! He must have been half decent for you to say that! 😂😂 I said exactly the same last week as well mate😳Where’s that form been? Team that passes the ball? Run of games to build some kind of confidence in his own body? How many aimless lumps up to his head has he had to contend with? All manner of things I guess but you know my views on him. I like him and he takes too much of the brunt for us being crap because everyone knows he can be a difference maker.

Listening to radio stoke after the game they said that there was a lot of big names linked with the club and that it made for very exciting times. Who are these big names? Not heard much, more speculation than actual links. Arnie, N’zonzi and Begovic 👍

I really quite like Hoever. 🤷♂️ i can see why ppl like him , his goals and attacking intent . But i’d prefer a defender who can defend ( old fashioned i know ) I get that but the modern full back isn’t really the cup of tea of us oldies. 😂

When it comes to certain players, people tend to see what they want to see. You aren’t the first and you won’t be the last. 😂 Ty stretches the opposition which gives Thompson more time (coz he’s crap under pressure) to find Cundle and Junho who then are free to link up how they have been doing. Thought Cundle was terrific today. I think Campbell has the potential to be a fantastic player. Hopefully his form suggests that Schumacher has been able to connect with him and get him firing. He does yes. That’s probably why he takes the stick he has done at times. I’ve always liked him whilst understanding why some may feel differently. I don’t see him staying.

They looked like they are coached now and you can see what we are actually trying to do.
That is a first for a long time so it’s a start at least!
I really enjoyed today and thought we were superb last week.

Bone idle? He must of made 15 sprints into good areas first half alone without receiving a pass worthy of the name I must have blinked 15 times Dave. Today was just the epitome of Tyrese Campbell. Scored a goal but absolutely bone idle. I'm surprised he's got as much game time as he has under this manager, who's 'non negotiables' are the very basics that Campbell has always struggled with. Bone idle? He must of made 15 sprints into good areas first half alone without receiving a pass worthy of the name

And if they don’t, get your money on them being relegated next season. I’d rather Leeds go up personally. That’s a bit of a leap Dave! You look at Ipswich and realise that with the right blend, getting into the top six could be a possibility if we manage our Summer recruitment wisely. As much as anything we need to be a tougher team all round. Absolutely. You are never more than a couple of good players from the top of the table and a couple of bad ones from the bottom.

I never thought he was particularly slow, certainly once he gets going. He's just got one of those running styles Harry Souttar isn't slow at all. I know two lads who have played against him, one who played several seasons in the Premier League and he said Harry is rapid. He's is cumbersome with his initial movements and slow around his ankles but in a foot race, he's quick. In the Premier League, be it slowness to turn or simply slowness in mind is more readily exposed than it is in the championship.

Brendan Rogers would probably be all over the option of a season loan at Celtic and tbh if that were the case Souttar would be all over that himself Devil’s advocate of course He's a massive Rangers fan isn't he and if he is a genuine Rangers fan, there is no way on gods earth that he will play for Celtic.

You’re right. Let’s lose it 5-0. It would probably help more tbh. People seem hideously giddy given we’re on the verge of our worst season in 20 years and only won 3 home games under the new manager. A dose of where we’re really at and the changes that are actually needed is far more needed now we don’t need the points. I can only think of 3 players that should be starting on Saturday that should be regulars next season. Which gives the game even less meaning. Of course I don’t actually want us to lose but the whole thing about winning it having any meaning on next season bar it just meaning we keep some players that have shown they’re not good enough is absolute horseshit. Have you seen any positives at all post Cardiff? Anything at all that gives you any hope that we have a decent chance of turning the tide and being a bit better in future?

Sad to see Harry Souttar just ambling around in front of the Leicester fans with his tracksuit on looking like a spare part. 3x appearances this season for a player of his ability isn't good. He can't hold out any chance of featuring for Leicester in the Prem next season! I thought exactly the same. He really wasn’t part of it was he?

I don’t attribute the socks as a key part of our kit colour. We’ve had both red and white over the years. I prefer red and associate us with being a better team when the socks are red…rightly or wrongly We've had black socks too I wasn’t born then though you old codger😂😂
