Bae has no end product he had zero last season and even less this Even when he was playing his best football his decision making in the final third was frustrating. The players that make it at this level rely on instinct/muscle memory in the final third, im beginning to question if he has the minerals for it.

We've no midfield at all after we recklessly canned Baker and Laurent with no meaningful alternatives. The lengthy extension to Pearson's long term injury is the final nail in our coffin. Both unused subs today which says a lot about the pair of them

Did anyone else click on that our best run(end of the season) came when he was starting on the bench.
Burger can't win the ball without committing a foul. He very rarely wins his midfield battle and is piss poor on the ball.

He’s not the biggest of our issues could do a job on the left of a 4 man midfield when we finally wake up to it or as one of two sitters , he’s doing the work of 2 or three with burgur in there

Completely agreed. They've been fucking dire. I mean...who hasn't, but I think we all expected far more from these two. Totally shocking.

Both our shinining lights last season, both linked with big money moves this summer. What's happened? Where are they this season? Dreadful. There was zero interest in Burger. None. You really think that Spurs would baulk at spending £8m?

Burger is garbage and Sidibe not ready yet leaving us very light in midfield. Should have kept hold of either Baker or Laurent.

Bae has shown some signs, but has always produced his best football in front of Stevens. Getting Enda into the team should be the first fix.
Burger on the other hand looks confused by his role. I think he needs a settled partner and to be given the time to play his way out of this rut.

Both are nowhere near the players that some believe. Bae has potential but this seasons performances so far have been poor at best.
Burger cost 4 million! The game passes him by, I do not know what he offers. Our best spell last season coincided with him being out of the side.

Shouldn't feature for a while. Anonymous. In a struggle we need players who you notice in respect to good and bad. Over the last few seasons we’ve had “invisible” players who you don’t even notice are playing or playing one good game in ten. Unfortunately Bae’s still searching for fitness at the moment after next to no pre season so him being off colour is genuine. For me he needs to come off the bench now before his confidence is completely shot. He’s got talent but at the moment you wouldn’t know he’s there. Likewise Cannon and Thompson. Though they were only cameo’s we need to start Vidigal and Gallagher next game as at least they looked up for the battle when they came on. Let’s also have a look at this Sako he can’t be any worse than the 2 that started yesterday.

Go on, talk us through Jordan "Xavi" Thompson's performance this afternoon. what’s Thompson being shit got to do with someone saying bae junho is also shit? He’s been wank this season - as bad as anyone. The people who edit the highlights must have a Junho bias as the highlights of Stoke attacking seem to almost always involve Bae. I agree he doesn't score goals but if you can't see the skill he has to create space for himself you are also biased. It's not his fault we have no presence whatsoever in the box. I expected from the criticism yesterday that his 'chance' which he 'should have put away' was clear cut and close in. It wasn't the best shot but it was from outside the area with a player in the box ahead of him. Perhaps he could have slipped if to Million instead of shooting but it was on target and the gk had to save it, even if I probably would have. Tell me who else got in a position to shoot or is that not a skill, something that just happens. I am getting very frustrated with the praise for Million (who has done OK but no better than Junho did when he was played centrally) and the condemnation of Bae. He never asks to come off either, never hides. EDIT I just realised this might come across as a criticism of Manhoeff which it is not, just me asking what exactly he does so much better than Junho to make him the poster boy while Junho is the booboy.

Neither good enough I’m afraid. Junho has no end product and Burger is just mediocre ( how much did we pay for him?) Our recruitment has been absolutely dire for years.

Bae was poor yesterday irrespective of the chance which was from distance but with the whole goal available. He was often caught in possession but his main flaw was his total lack of defensive contribution. Bocat was constantly left one on one with Bae nowhere to be seen and several times he as bypassed and didn't work to get back in. There is no way he should be starting ahead of Koumas on the left on his form this season. His goal and assist output in his Stoke City career is incredibly thin, that is the reality of where he is as a player. Huge potential but needs to start to deliver
