What has happened to them? Has someone abducted them and replaced them with doppelgangers from the Vale? Gouranga.

Both have been incredibly poor so far.
More so burger. He barely looks a footballer.

I just don't think they have the raw physicality needed.
Josh Laurent and Lewis Baker weren't exactly amazing but at least they had the tools for the job.

They are certainly off the pace so far and both without a doubt massively overrated by a lot of people. To rate Laurent and Baker over them though is a ridiculous comment.

Maybe they're out of form? It's not a foreign concept for these players to go through rough patches...

Both poor today.Hoping in Junho's case it's because he's not fully fit, more worried about Burger, just doesn't seem on it.

When we bought junho last season he'd just completed the Korean season, he played a full season for us then this summer he's played a few internationals. The lad has played non stop football for over 2 years....he's knackered.
Burger just doesn't look physically strong enough to last 90 minutes

Hopefully we’ll get a good look at Seko on Tuesday because we desperately red someone with a bit of a quality and drive in midfield.
I honestly thought we’d found that with Burger but he looks a completely different player to the one from the first half of last season and he doesn’t warrant a place in the side at the moment.

Junho, looks well off it at the minute, can’t put a foot right. And Burger hasn’t had a good game since he came back from that 2 game ban towards the end of last season

Any possibility they wanted to move and were refused permission? Junho is playing like that, but it all goes against what Walters said in yesterday’s interview regarding the transfer window.

An utterly ridiculous comment. It's not though, not on the performances we've seen from both Jun-Ho and Burger this season. Gouranga. Yes it is. Baker and Laurent were major contributors in numerous bottom half finishes. Burger is a concern, but Junho has missed a good chunk of pre season, but comes off the back off a really strong second half of last season.

It's mystifying what's wrong with these players or maybe they just weren't as good as we thought they were. This I just don’t understand why they have suddenly become so woeful? I really don’t as you say mystified. Junho last year would have controlled and buried that chance?

I think Laurent and Baker are a better pair than Burger and Junho. At least they could be if they got their arses in gear. Burger is an ungainly beanpole of a man, Junho looks silky smooth but no bite and almost zero end product. We've taken a whoppa of a gamble, I only hope we know what we are doing.

Don't think it's ludicrous at all, he's played non stop for over 2 years. Maybe the summer break wasn't enough rest for him.. He may only have played 20 mins for s Korea as you say, but I'm sure he was there for the training camp running around and taking part in games and not relaxing which is probably what his body needs more than anything.
