Conway only scored two goals less than Stansfield last season and played fewer games so I don’t see how you can say Stansfield is miles better. Stansfield is worth about £5m tops. |

In a way, for me it's good for us in the long run. It makes an absolute mockery of all thos FFP bolloxs. Further strengthens the argument that it's a load of bolloxs. How the fuck can a newly relegated league one side spend that much. Whilst Premier League and Championship teams are having their hands tied behind their backs

Conway was playing in a better side so you'd expect him to score more not less Having watched both play happy to say Stansfield is miles better although they are different types if striker Might make a good pair I wouldn't have been pleased with Conway tbh Yes Stansfield had gone to League 1 but it's an extraordinary case isn't it If Championship clubs could afford Stansfield (or if FFP was fucked off) he'd be in the Championship |
