Pelach today: “We would be learning these things in a different environment (in an ideal world). In a pre-season game if you’re winning 2-0 and then lose control – all these things are difficult to manage but they are trainable and we have to find a solution – we have to do now in the middle of the competition."
He's essentially saying himself that Walter's timing wasn't ideal. Just beggers belief.

Wow - the guy has never had a first team senior coaching position and he is already having digs at Walters with the 'not ideal timing'. Walters must be Narcis' biggest fan in the world outside of his immediate family! Narcis is very fortunate that he was given this chance and hefty pay rise!! Cracks are publicly emerging in the leadership team. If results continue to struggle/stall - watch it get much worse. I bet that's why SJW has been hiding in his bunker the last month praying things improve.

I would suggest hes sitting in the background, letting his man get on with it (like people wanted him to do a month back) Pelach cant moan about timing, he knew the situation when he took the job

The best thing that has come out of his latest stunt is that he's finally stopped doing his weekly update.
Hopefully the next time we hear from him he's resigning.

It’ll be a shame as it will mean he’ll have failed Id rather remember him for scoring belters in FA cup semi finals, than for failing as a DOF

I don't think the new manager has been as bad as some are making out but some of the stats are beyond worrying. If things don't improve pretty quickly Walters is going to be that far on the back foot it'll be almost impossible to recover.

Can't wait for the next 'meet the manager' show. Not from the point of grilling the 3 wise men, but it'll mean we have had a few wins on the board.

There's some bitter pills going the rounds tonight. It's in all of our interests for the new man to be a success. I wouldn't take too much interest in what Fish says. He's obviously come out in sympathy with his brother-in-law. I don't blame him for that, but Schu, as he calls him, will be feeling bitter, & that's where the pills are from. Fish only knows what he's being told, true or false?

Is it really Pelach's fault, any of this?
He's come in to a club with the worst midfield in generations. He's just got to try and pick some points until January and then hope that he can bring a couple of strong athletic midfielders into the club. He needs time to fix it.
I think we'd all love to know how we've ended up in this mess once again!

You mean the multi-millionaire imbecile? Maybe, but he didn't earn it due to his smarts. Yeh. He's the runt in the litter who has taken on a football club that his father nearly broke and ressurected and trying to make himself into a top chairman/owner. Plaything comes to mind. I'd love to know if JC looses sleep at night due to the current situation. Think that would answer a lot of questions.

Karma kicks in . When you are disingenuous in life it often but not always rebounds on you . I remember a boss of mine who was extremely rude and aggressive towards a young starter . Within the hour he tripped up getting to his car and damaged his hamstring so bad he was hobbling for days after . We all said the same thing . Karma .

I think his future is tied in with that of Pelach. He went out on a limb to secure him and get rid of Schumacher, so he has to live and die by that decision. Personally I thought it was a rash decision, if he wasn't happy with alot Schumacher was doing fair enough, but to pluck a relative unknown, with little or no managerial experience was naive at best. Personally a revitalised and refreshed Mowbray would have been ideal or certainly more suitable to our young squad.
