The management apparent obsession with young midfield players whilst seemingly ignoring the obvious holes and weaknesses of the current squad is concerning, this is outside the lack of power and pace. Yesterday's bench had one 17 year old defender, one half fit attacking player (hardly a striker), one ageing hardly played for three years goalkeeper and SIX midfield/wide players. There are 12 days left to sort it.

He came into his own back end of last season. Linked really well at times with jun and he would certainly seem more tempting now million is showing a bit of consistency. He’s not a huge game changing singing though and if we keep looking so be it. million was what, 4/4.5mil and he’s made a good impact most games so far. I’d say 2 mil for Cundle on a 2 year only if he’s keen otherwise keep browsing.

Suppose I mean assess after a couple of years then maybe move on if still a lil lightweight. Nevertheless, if we do catch certainly won’t do harm - we looked real neat at times with him edge of the box

When we were under the cosh yesterday we were crying out for some leadership to help steady the ship and it just wasn’t there.

I would imagine he was close to joining in the summer window, but we couldn't get players out?. He is a bit of a state of limbo at Wolves between now & January?.

Do we need him now? Would we sell someone and bring him here permanently?

Cheers Fraser. I’m a serious note, do we need another 8? Seko sounds like an 8 not a 6 from that report today. We only have Pearson Thompson and maybe Lawal? To play the ‘6’

Guess it all depends on the injury front in January
If Moran is injured, off form or starting to look knackered, then its a no brainer

To play the ‘6’ Pearson will likely be leaving at the first opportunity you'd imagine, he's too much of a liability and I'm not sure he's a great role model to our young players. He's not a poor player just a very ill disciplined one who doesn't look like he will ever change. I bet he's having withdrawal symptoms having not being booked for a while

I think he has issues which we can't/don't have enough time to sort out. We should get rid in my opinion, he needs to sort himself out because the amount of bookings he gets and how he gets them isn't normal

He's not going to be match fit, unless it's a permanent signing I don't see the point.

Because it’s likely to be a permanent it’s a no brainer for me.
Good player and it’s a squad game. Moran’s only here till the end of the season.

No point for a loan. Permanent yes as when Moran goes back he would be a good replacement for him looking forward

Surely that would have been signing him this window and not getting a loanee that plays in his position? This just seems a daft way to do things.

If you are worried about blocking Sidibe, I really don't think anything or anyone is going to begged enough to be in his way in the not too distant future. Sorry I had meant to answer Bayern.

Could be of use but way too ill-disciplined. I think he is a reasonable player but he is no use to us if he spends half the season injured or suspended. If he calms down happy for him to stay but if cannot do this then like others, I think he should leave. Up to him.

His discipline wasn't even the worst at the club last season. Now if he'll fit Schueyball remains to be seen, but the few games I saw with him in the side showed me he was head and shoulders above anyone else at the club at DM last season. His positioning and interceptions are second to none in the division, but maybe he's too slow. I hope we're not forced to ruch him into the side when he comes back, but takes his time to get really fit. I think we'll see a good player then.

I like Pearson and though he needs to be more disciplined he’s a good footballer. Looked unfit last season but I’ve seen enough of him to know he’s still got a future here.

So far the permanent signing of Pearson has been a disaster. I can’t think of anything positive about it. Surprising because most me included were all for it.
