I don’t see a country that’s willing to openly commit genocide and flat out reject what the ICJ say care one iota about what a climate change meeting said. The more they level Gaza, the more impossible it is to build a “second state” there again, the cheaper it will be for survey teams to blow up buildings in their way, and the fewer fights they have to have around ownership. It’s always, always about $. Which on my reading is exactly what the Article says

Anybody who left the uk to fight for the IDF terrorists should be treated the same as those young girls who became jihad brides.
Not welcome in this country and revoke their citizenship.

Well I'm shocked that The Lord Roberts of Belgravia, Founder Member of Friends of Israel would express such views Here's an Article by Robert's suggesting Palestinians should forget about history, move on and get over themselves www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2023/10/30/palestinians-israel-history-grievance-future-forget/If you buy a packet of Fags it comes with a Government Health Warning, Influencer Promos must declare a Financial Interest but Outright Propaganda like this can be spoken in House of Lords without any caveat.

Oh so very true The Economist in a critique of a Book by Roberts sums him up well: " a giant political pamphlet larded with its author's prejudices, with sneers at those who do not share them"My original point being how is Roberts allowed to spew his prejudiced bile with impunity

Not a Royalist myself, but fair play to William for his Intervention. He probably went as far as he could I suppose in his Statement www.bbc.com/news/uk-68343334

Blimey, I had absolutely no idea of his history and just took his disgusting words in the HOL at face value. What a thoroughly despicable human being, absolutely shocking that he holds the position that he does.

It’s sickening that the UK was the only country to abstain in the UN vote for an immediate ceasefire. What does that say about us? No moral conscience and a bunch of cowards.

The conversation in the house at the moment about how we are accepting Israel’s response as a new norm is really quite interesting.
“Humanitarian pauses are a smokescreen for politicians to hide behind and wait and see which way the wind is blowing”.

Lack of empathy for Palestinian Children still alive in Gaza is not an isolated view GAWA Posted (edited) How do you think that makes a palestine child feel who has lived through this bombing and witnessed their friends and family murdered. No symapthy, no solidarity, no support, no condemning Israel. But a jewish person at the other side of the world who has never been in Israel there is plenty of support for as a victim. Phileetin replied i suspect that that palestine child will grow up like its parents and start putting israeli babies (alive ) into ovens.

I don't think I've ever seen such anger a chaos in the HOC the speaker is fucked and I suspect will resign in the next few hours. I have no time for the SNP but I completely understand their anger after being undermined is such a disgusting way. An appalling day in the HOC and one that all those present should be fucking ashamed of.
If anyone believes that Israel will take a blind bit of notice of the fucking shambles I've just witnessed they are delusional.

So much mate if im honest I've never heard so much shouting and aggression in the HOC. But in a nut shell the speaker was slaughtered and had to come into the Commons to apologise the SNP & Tories walked out and the Labour vote passed unaposed after the Dept Speaker said she heard nobody shout "no" when the question was asked which is just a blatant lie I heard a massive shout of No absolutely incredible stuff. I literally have no idea how on God's earth the Labour motion was passed without a vote I was flabbergasted.

What amendment has actually passed then? Because the Dept Speaker when the amendment question was asked they (Mp's) shout Aye or No in relation to the question then they have to vote she said nobody shouted NO so it passed unopposed!!! I was listening and it was just untrue there were both Aye and No shouted therfore there should be a devision and a vote. The only one which was the Labour amendment the Tories withdrew their's and the SNP got shafted and they didn't get to vote on that one.
