I am not convinced with Shawcross as a coach at all, both Russell and Alex Morris got us playing good football at that level, despite often playing very young teams, with constant extractions for first team training.

What's your reasoning for not being convinced with Shawcross as a coach? How many training sessions have you been? How many times has he coached you or friends/family? |

I’ve been told he’s not very good as well which saddens me as I am one of his biggest fans.
But I hope he’s learning as he’s just starting and can improve.
The results from when Morris left to Shawcross starting show a stark contrast really.
