Sounds like he's well thought of by them.
It's an OK signing for us. Hope he finds some of his form prior to the last 12 months, a Change of scenery could get him back on track.

Judging by the video I've seen, he's not got a bad goal ratio from outside the box either.... Seems like he likes to have a pop when he gets the opportunity!!! 👍🏼

Wouldn't be my pick for midfield based on ability and age, but I'm just a fat arse on a messageboard and not a pro football manager, and beggars can't be choosers in terms of numbers. We're desperate let's be honest.
Ultimately if Neil wants him we have to back him and give the lad full support, which if he gives everything he will get hands down and unconditionally.
Need to get the ball rolling now and hopefully this is the start of the domino effect and more quickly follow.

He will definitely contribute more than Powell when the fitness and injuries are factored in, so on that basis it is an improvement on last season. |

I think he’s quality… Good on the ball, creates chances & knows where the onion bag is. Himself & Bowler are the 2 which I’ve always wondered why we have never gone in for them before.

He is a proven top half championship player so better than what we have , manager knows him and trusts him so should be a decent addition .

He is one of the Preston players I've seen during the last 3-4 seasons and every time have thought this would be a useful player for us. I think he will be a regular, but even as a squad player he is much better than Clucas and Thompson. I will also say he will be much more useful than Powell who hardly could play 3 games in succession without breaking down.  |
