Pleased with Wilmot signing a new contract. He's good and a trier, and a good club professional to have on board.
Souttar was also excellent and I'd take him back if he became available, but I would not put him on a pedestal, we played our best football last season after he had gone. Hitting long balls is OK to the right sort of players, but we don't have them.

It also isn't the sort of stat Potterlytics is looking at. I can understand the dislike of xG etc because it looks at what could have happened. In the piece I am referring to Potterlytics looks at what Wilmot actually did during the season - things like interceptions, passing, what sort of passes, etc. It doesn't deny his mistakes but claims they are diminishing by looking at what actually happened rather than biased memory. |

Our whole defence were utter shit, as were Burger, Junho and Cannon. Terrible second half performance but that is nothing new of course from this shower.
Is it just me that thinks our whole defence is worse when Gibson plays?
