The UK one didn't have any celebrities And was the better for it. One of the best things that’s been on telly for quite a few years in my opinion. Sick of seeing “celebrities” on all these game shows. Can’t we just have ordinary people given the chance to win life changing amounts of money. It’s far more entertaining and you can really get behind someone. I couldn’t care less if a “celebrity” won a game show.

There's a show called Rise and Fall beginning on C4 this Sunday, supposed to be similar to The Traitors.
Mind you, if it's on C4 it'll probably be a load of woke bollocks 😉

I've watched 7 episodes of the Australian version and it is far superior to the US effort and a match for the UK version. However, there's one great mystery I'm secretly loving. There's an English contestant called Paul who I've heard speak about 4 times and for some reason is cut from most of the show with zero focus put on him. I'd love to know the reason behind it because it's really strange.. maybe they just really do hate us English folk?!

It is also home to the radiating beauty of Kate the photographer. 💕

How is Paul not getting votes? Because all the girls are gooey eyed over him and the boys who know it's him, daren't speak up, for fear of being murdered.

Wasn't sure about it at the first episode but it was really addictive and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Brilliant ending tonight as well. I did find Maddy was really annoying even though she sussed out a couple of the traitors, and there were a couple of other characters that were got rid of early on that I didn't like. Really hope there's a second series, and as others have said, that they dont mess with the format. There was a few serious mistakes with the format ... It soon became apparent, that following a murder, the last person to come to breakfast HAD to be a faithful, future contestants will have picked up on this. I think the producers had too much power to manipulate the proceedings ... had all 5 contestants returned from today's challenge in the SAME vehicle (which they easily could have), then I think we could have seen a totally different outcome. It was brutally unfair on Kieran to put him in a vehicle WITHOUT Wilf. If HE had been given the advantage of being alone with Hannah and Meryl, then it would have given him a much stronger hand to play. Really enjoyed it overall though. I enjoy The Traitors and have watched every production to date except the Canadian one. You are absolutely right in that the tricks can be easily learned. I think the series (franchise) has a limited shelf life because contestants will quickly learn the tips and tricks. The variations on a theme for this show are more limited than others I think. The producers will need to work extremely hard to keep it fresh and to iron out some of the potential giveaways.

Did anything else give 100% proof of being a faithful? 🤔

Paul, please can you explain this previous quote to me that I just saw? 'It soon became apparent, that following a murder, the last person to come to breakfast HAD to be a faithful, future contestants will have picked up on this.' It's okay I think I've figured it out - for the benefit of the production of the show, they need to leave it on a cliff hanger who walks through the doors.

Imagine being in the house first series, your mind is probably too full to think about episode cliffhangers etc so I don't know if any of them worked out the "last to breakfast" trick. But there must be some in the second who clocked on. It's good the producers did too. I'm a week behind so still thinking about the episode 3 ending.

God I can't wait for Paul to become a cropper! It was so on the nose but also like a scene from something like The Wickerman. They pulled it off. I’m still rooting for Paul. He’s backed into a corner now but every time you think he’s done for he slips through. I think we might see Harry now get too cocky at the business end, like Paul did earlier on in the series.

I’m kinda gutted Paul went. He played a great evil traitor. He completely cocked it up by putting himself in the dungeon. Hoping Harry gets done because he’s getting way too cocky.
