See the last paragraph in my previous post. Called it I think Kieran is very intelligent though and convincing and will have already thought of alot of the above. As I strongly suspect Wilfred will try to throw him under the bus, I'm really hoping Kieran comes out guns blazing and fucks over Wilf. Don't get me wrong I like Wilfred and think he has been a superb contestant but he has been a bit of a cunt to his team mates and I think he deserves a bit of karma to come back his direction now.

Brilliant ending, really enjoyed it. Kieran certainly dropped Will in it,with his eyes looking at Hanah 😀

I've really enjoyed watching Wilfred in the game but he was really only in the process for himself. His whole we speach at the end wound me up too. Man is so manipulative.
" I kept you three in the game because I loved you all so much and thought you deserved to win. I'm so glad I've now lost and you can all share the pot. You all deserve it so much"
Yet 5 mins earlier he is throwing out ultimatums and all sorts if they don't keep him in.
And of course he has to say that as he is playing to win. What annoyed me more was that those weren't his reasons at all for keeping them in the game. He kept them in because they didn't suspect him and if kept him safe, that's the only reason.
Kieran on the other hand was willing to work with Wilfred to try and get them both to win. Yet Wilfred was working behind his back throughout that whole final day.
I don't think what Kieran did breaks the rules in anyway. Wilfred took the risk in recruiting when he didn't have to. He then threw the third traitor under the bus, its about time he got a bit of his own medicine.
Meryll by the way was the worst player throughout. Absolutely clueless and so naive. Lovely sweet girl but she just wasn't at the races at all.
Aaron is such a lovely guy and person, he's just one of those people you can't dislike. Really happy for him.
Hannah I think has been a good contestant and I've enjoyed watching her. She came to her senses at the end too just like Aaron and deserves it.
Kieran had his hand forced on him with recruit or die. I'm glad he did what he did though. Wilf fecked so many others over that he deserved it. So fair play to Kieran to just accept defeat and give the parting gift. I think it's a really fitting ending to be honest.
As for Wilfred you have to remember to detach the person from the game. I do think he did some cnuty things but as a traitor you've got to do what you've got to do to win. I'm surprised nobody was really mentioning the "round table analysis" and trying to work out alignment by voting behaviour. But I feel Wilfred was ahead of the curve with this and hench voted traitors to save himself. He played it smart but greed got the better of him. His decision to recruit Kieran was also a huge mistake which cost him. Not because of what Kieran did. But because 2 female traitors had already been found and thus everyone was looking at the men. So he really should have recruited a woman. With this said. I think Wilfred already knew this at the time of recruitment and simply recruited Kieran for that very reason. To be used as the bait to show they've caught the male traitor. In which case Wilfred was ultimately in a challenging position to win the game at that stage as you'd imagine the followers would possibly keep banishing until a male traitor was discovered.[\SPOILER]

Wasn't sure about it at the first episode but it was really addictive and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Brilliant ending tonight as well.
I did find Maddy was really annoying even though she sussed out a couple of the traitors, and there were a couple of other characters that were got rid of early on that I didn't like.
Really hope there's a second series, and as others have said, that they dont mess with the format.

Who would have even thought of the question "What would a mashup of Among us, Big Brother, I'm a celeb and The Stanford prison expriment be like on TV" in fhe first place, let alone realised the answer would be "Fucking brilliant is what it would be"? Hats off to the creators for a cracking format!
SPOILERS: As many have said previously, i wanted a traitor to win simply due to the general stupidity of the faithfuls, summed up by the fact that they only won the thing because Kieran had to fucking tell them (the "Parting gift" line was a masterstroke, well played sir!) but the very fact that it could turn so much in that round table shows just how genius this show is. It really isn't over until the final whistle.

Really hope there's a second series, and as others have said, that they dont mess with the format. There was a few serious mistakes with the format ... It soon became apparent, that following a murder, the last person to come to breakfast HAD to be a faithful, future contestants will have picked up on this. I think the producers had too much power to manipulate the proceedings ... had all 5 contestants returned from today's challenge in the SAME vehicle (which they easily could have), then I think we could have seen a totally different outcome. It was brutally unfair on Kieran to put him in a vehicle WITHOUT Wilf. If HE had been given the advantage of being alone with Hannah and Meryl, then it would have given him a much stronger hand to play. Really enjoyed it overall though.

Chuffed for Hannah, Stokie lass.
What a finale - Wilf played a blinder all the way through but his downfall was not sticking with Kieran until the bitter end.

Just seen the Final
SPOILERS BELOW
Keiran did them a favour in the end, and I'm glad Will was sporting about the outcome, I thought he was going to be a mardarse about it. You could tell Keiran was uncomfortable being a Traitor and I think Will would have felt guilty if he'd taken the pot but, as he said earlier, it's basically a game of poker.
Wonder if they'll keep in touch?
Apparently a celebrity version is in the pipeline, so who do we want to see in that then (no reality show no marks either)?

A Celebrity version would be shit in my opinion. The beauty of this one was it was back to basics, with pretty much regular / normal folk to which the money would have made an enormous difference. True there were a few with media backgrounds and quirky jobs, but it was a welcome break from the self-obsessed, narcissistic influencers we've grown used to. Big Brother producers should take note for next year.

Brilliant show, but I won’t watch a celebrity version.
Why do they have to spoil everything with vacuous “celebrities”?

That bloody woman is on everything. The new Davina McCall And furthermore, she's an absolutely dreadful presenter, with about as much natural personality as piece of skirting board! Think she's been very good on this

Doesn’t conform to the stereotype host and has her own individual style and can be pretty witty, and doesn’t mind taking the piss out of herself.

Stopped reading the thread after you lot made it sound so good. Then Mum started going on about it too...
Brilliant! I got to watch a Stokie do well and see a big mix of people getting on and all turning out to be decent folk. At first I thought Aaron and Kieran were probably gonna be dickheads but they were solid & Aaron won me over completely.
Top telly.

We’ve just started watching this on iPlayer. The first episode left us a bit disinterested so we thought we’d give it one more try to see if it improved. And, yes it did. I think we’ve now seen abought eight episodes and whilst I wouldn’t say it’s the best thing I’ve ever seen, it is quite entertaining with the odd little twist along the way to keep it interesting. I think it’s one to binge watch rather than view weekly, but I suppose that’s all down to how you like to watch telly. This is great to know. Watched the first last night with Mrs Md and thought it was a bit meh. Can see how, once the major horse trading start so… We go again.

Anyone seen the American version on iPlayer? Same format, same location, same trials.. but, nowhere near as good for my money. Only heard of the show from on here so we decided to give it a go. Started with the American version which, as stated, was a cast of ‘celebrities’ New one of them only and they were a bunch of c or d list celebrities at best. Slow start but really got into it. The missus wanted to do the UK one and we finished it last night. Awesome end, especially the last line from K and Wilfred’s reaction. One interesting takeaway from our England/America marriage. The wife was quite shocked at the Brits reactions compared to the Americans. ’Thought it was supposed to be the stiff upper lip and all that’ I told her the country had gone to hell in a handbasket since I had left. One sad side note. Though, out of two full casts,I only knew one person I did immediately recognise the helicopter. G-VGMC…Cheshire Helicopters.

Watched the first two of the Aussie version.
Nice to see a new location. Interesting set of characters and experiences.
Have to say, shaping up to be the jewel in the triple crown.
