So to be absolutely clear, if Farage was currently an MP in Stoke, you'd feel he was currently giving his constituents good value for money at the moment? No worse than the incumbent charlatan is. Yes, but mps shouldn’t be allowed a second job. Their constituency deserves their full time attention. My wife would be sacked from the civil service for if she had a second job. Most jobs have contracts setting out that this must be their main job. Why do MPs get treated differently, and we pay their wages! He should serve his own public and not himself. Farage might be mega rich (I neither know nor care if I'm honest) but he's still driven by a burning desire to stay politically relevant and one day become PM of the country. Sending unsolicited mail to people, with the entire intention of intimidating them in how they vote, is a form of terrorism, it's utterly vile and does not have a place in any civilized society.
And the underlying message is completely bogus too, I see it so often peddled on right wing websites.
Do I want criminals locked up in prisons? Of course I do but that doesn't then mean I should be prepared to house their cell in my home.
Do I want people to receive life saving operations? Of course I do but that doesn't then mean I should be prepared to have them carried out on my kitchen table.

I know a butchers in Newcastle where they used to lay dead bodies out on their block, sometimes it's a case of circumstances dictating. |
