I don’t need to it’s all confirmed in the media You can no doubt show me the link that confirming that all the refugees in the North Stafford Hotel are Albanian then. I’ll help you out here though, they’re absolutely not as we have Iranian fiends in NUL and one has been asked to provide some translation for the Iranian people staying at the hotel (which she does for organisations such as the police).

"Unacceptable levels of violence" took place at a west London immigration removal centre during a power cut, the immigration minister has said. During the incident it is understood a group of detainees left their rooms and went into the courtyard armed with various weapons at Harmondsworth removal centre. No-one was injured. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-63525332What a mess.

40% of Hanley’s population is an asylum seeker. The Government think Stoke is a shit hole so dump them there away from where they live. We are having the piss taken out of us.

From time to time i wonder how much of the prison and police budgets could be saved if British people, who have had the benefit of living in a progressive society, could be persuaded not to commit quite so much crime.

As of 6 October 2022 there was an estimated 800 asylum seekers in the whole of Stoke-on-Trent - equivalent of about 25% of yesterdays Birmingham support. It may be too many or too few depending on your opinion - but it ain't 40% of Hanley or anything like it. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-stoke-staffordshire-63151093

It’s a lovely first impression of our city when you step out of the station and see a load of Albanian/Iranian economic migrants in gangs intimidating the locals. Really nice. And that’s before you get into the fact that British homeless and vulnerable women have been kicked out onto the streets to make way for them as winter kicks in. Really warms the heart.

My points fairly obvious, you said you were at the station and saw a load of Albanians hanging around, I’m suggesting you hadn’t a clue whether they were Albanian or not. Homelessness could be ended in the blink of an eye if the will was there so spare me the faux outrage about “British Homelessness” as we get into winter……..

No faux outrage here, just saying what I see. How do we solve homelessness in the blink of an eye? It was reported in the media that they were Albanian. 12,000 now in 2 years, they’re not a war torn country and indeed are currently in the process of joining the EU, all sounds fine over there to me

If you want to have a proper debate about it yourre absolutely right there are too many asylum seekers in Stoke-on-Trent, the hotels they are being put in should be in the Home Counties, on the south coast, the East Coast of Scotland, Oxfordshire/Wiltshire and other parts of the county that currently don’t do anything to share the burden. But that’s not the fault of asylum seekers, so it doesn’t mean we still can’t show a bit of compassion and empathy. It’s the fault of the system not them. This isn’t a refuge crisis, it’s a Home Office crisis……

I certainly aren’t suggesting it’s the fault of asylum seekers.

This isn’t a refuge crisis, it’s a Home Office crisis…… Yes it is the Home Office fault. Conservatives become the liberal party under Johnson. Too many economic refugees have entered Britain and criminal gangs from Albania, Kurds with money laundering in their barbers shops. They are sending money back home and not putting it into Britain. Piss is being taken out of us. You must agree. Refugees fleeing war is a different story but they are a small percentage coming over.
