Not sure about this one, most of the Ipswich comments are that he can be magical but is invisible too often. Prefer this to majority of our team who are always invisible - be nice to have a player who may get us off our arris'. We arent exactly good to watch are we. |

Not sure about this one, most of the Ipswich comments are that he can be magical but is invisible too often. Suppose it just depends how often his magicalness turns into hard output. Flair players (if that’s what he is) are very rarely consistent 7/10 performers. They’re pretty necessary to raise the game to something above the functional. Nick Powell is a flair player who’s ability translates into hard output even though he often frustrates those who crave the percentage game. I can’t say the stat of 1000 minutes for 1 goal and 1 assist are encouraging. |
