Thats a lousy move, out of site out of mind. He'll learn fuck all from it. A loan to struggling champ side would be far more beneficial all round. Didn't Tyrese Campbell go on loan to Shrewsbury ? Same same

Every player out with the exception of Collins, Powell, Souttar and Campbell should be celebrated. Reduces spend and edges us forward

Cousins should be playing agreed. I think a loan will be good for Tymon, still very young and plenty of time to develop. Certainly not writing him off.

Are we forgetting the reasoning behind a loan, especially youngsters. We need him back next season to challenge for a place, he's been doing that very successfully most of the season until Steptoe & Son regained fitness. League 1 is step down for Tymon and will hamper him for the future.

Can I draw your attention to the last two players sent on loan to Fleetwood and their subsequent career trajectories. The only thing the loans of Campbell and Tymon have in common is, they are both done to get them out of the club for 6 months,(and of course Shrewsbury) absolutely no thought of their development considered.

Can he play as a striker? We've had him play everywhere else Hopefully he is playing as left back on Saturday. While he hasn't looked very good at it, i'd rather stick with 4 at the back.

Happy with this outcome, would have supported a loan to another Championship side but rather this than a league 1 loan which I believe he as proven this season he is well worth Championship status.

If Tymon is to play at left back, he will need protection. With no leftsided central defender, it will have to come from midfield. For this I would prefer Clucas rather than Thompson - he would have his work cut out in midfield alone. Clucas' experience allows him to help out a bit.

If Tymon does go left back, McClean will likely be on further up the pitch as well. He's always back there to cover his fullback (whether he's great at it is another matter).

Thompson protected MacLean very well at Huddersfield Tsto: McClean is not Tymon! Just thought they defended very well in tandem, credit to both of then MacLean wasn't great at LB under Jones but was very good second half Saturday in part thanks to Tymon If Fox is back then perhaps play those two again.

He should be long gone by now. Got to agree with this. For the sake of 3 games he probably won't play in it seems daft to cancel 5 months of regular football. I'd have in the midfield in a shot over who are in there atm too but again that isn't going to happen. Seems very short sighted.

He's still the best set piece taker at the club, yet I wouldn't trust him to score one from shooting range. Clucas & McClean's delivery from set pieces is erratic at best. It's a depressingly sorry state of affairs.

We were doing really well off set pieces earlier in the season, or at least seemed to be doing, but even that supply line seems to have dried up. We rarely even create a chance from a set-piece at the moment. Was Rotherham goal direct from a set piece or a second phase one? I can't remember. Seemed like that was the first time we'd even got an attempt on goal from a set-piece in ages
