Is it me or is training overrated? Yeah, it's you. More need to take less notice of it if it means Tymon get picked as a wing back.

I’ll ask again. Where the hell did his selection come from? And why in a position that we know he can’t play? Awful management. Looks like you're turning on our manager again. As you always do. It doesn't matter who's in charge and how well they do- you know, that remarkable record that MON has got since taking over, you just can't stop yourself can you? Every little thing he does that's different from what you would have done, it's 'awful management' or 'terrible management' or 'cowardly' or some other negative, whinging bollocks.

Yeah, he makes some mistakes, but every manager does. Considering how well he's done here, and the absolutely dire situation we were in, he deserves a lot more respect than the way you put your criticism across. You're like a spoilt kid always wanting perfection (or basically for him to do what you would have done in every single situation.) I'm going to have to put you on mute or something because I'm absolutely sick of reading it.

Might be good for him with a loan at this point. Young and needs to play! Won't get much time as we have very good coverage in midfield right now.

The right loan could do him the world of good.
He'll need several stars to align to get minutes here atm for me.
(Not that we have an automatic pick MF btw.)

If he is loaned, it'll be interesting to see where he's played - and if we make it known we'd like him used in a certain way?

He's been out on loans before and it didn't do him any good. Just pushed him further back, and then when he came back here he would have to spend months out, before he was considered. At the moment he is at least being considered and a regular nine member except when not fit or ill. He's had both poor or good performances for us. He belongs here.

I find it unbelievable that we won games and kept clean sheets, with him playing in a midfield role.
If there is a decent loan move out there for him, it makes sense to let him go I'd suggest. Same with TOB.

How many loans does this lad need? He’s had two and barely played in either, comes back here and barely plays. If he does get loaned, we should have talks about what position he should be most often played in and what kind of game time he should be expecting. What are we really expecting from him, he seems to have one/two good games in a position and then is largely poor after.

thought he was poor on the ball for U23's they other day was going to comment on the thread but was too cold to type
a good loan could do him the world of good a bad one will push him back down the line If he does go out he needs to be playing midfield If he stays then he needs to look sharper for U23's before playing for first team again

Perhaps he’s just not good enough. Strange because I thought he looked okay for Hull in the Prem, unless I’m misremembering and he’s just been at best average in at best a handful of games.

I think some of these players need to realise what an opportunity they've got. He needs to be beating down the managers door to go out and get game time. It's then up to him to forge a career for himself, either here or elsewhere.

He falls between too many stools for me. Not a good enough defender for full back, very ordinary in my opinion in midfield and certainly not a winger. Would have thought he be perfect for wing back but that’s not what most of us want to play. I hardly notice him when he plays.

He is not comfortable wide either attacking or defending. His only option is left centre midfield. When he played there he has been okay at keeping the ball and good at tracking runners but no real creativity. Behind Clucas and Thompson so a loan or sale makes sense, same with TOB who looks even further away from the first XI

Never mind loan him-take whatever we could get for him. Like Edwards falls under the “had chance but clearly not championship standard” bracket. If we ever have aspirations as a club to get out of this division we need to move on from the substandard players of this ilk. Yes he’s had the surprisingly ok game but that’s it.

Would be good to see how many midfielders we say goodbye to in the summer before getting him gone permanently because he does a job as a blocker in midfield.
Championship loan with a real opportunity to play sounds great given the circumstances.

It's then up to him to forge a career for himself, either here or elsewhere. he knows that, but he doesn't have the personality that you require. He's very quiet, very humble, probably too nice for his own good, but popular within the club. It's perhaps not surprising he gets listed the same week that his close friend Verlinden was shown the door.
