There are a grand total of ZERO Sharia Law Courts operating in the UK. Sharia only operates in a guidance format for muslims in the UK and does not overule British Law.
What you are describing here is a murder in the UK.

I've read the readers comments in that article and it's almost unanimous that they think it's a barbaric act of murder perpetrated by 3rd world scum. The general consensus is that they should be strung up and that we should STOP any more of these followers of the "religion of peace" coming into our country. Unfortunately so many of them are already here that the ruination of our once great country turning it into a 3rd world pile of shit is already under way.
I totally agree with the comments on here and in the article and am just waiting for the namby-pamby left wing do-gooders to come on to try to justify this horrific murder and culture.

I presume you want the death penalty for all murder? I don't know why people are getting het up about this any more than other barbaric murders. The perpetrators will receive the full force of the (English and Welsh) law. In fact, this murder has several of the aggravating factors for murder by the sounds of it so they will be given long sentences. Whether or not they should get the death penalty is a different argument. |

Obviously any use of illegal justice should be wiped out along woth other illegal crimes. Anyone being dealt with or victims of crimes which are being dealt with by illegal justice system should call the police and seek protection. Even if Sharia Law is dished out against a criminal that doesn't mean they cannot be charged by the CPS and dealt with properly. It is the responsibility of the public to report to the authorities about this and for the police to then act. |

Carrying a knife getting the death penalty is perhaps a bit strong in my view (I've done it accodently after coming back from a camping trip!) but I tend to agree that the death penalty should be introduced when the sentence means they will never get out. |
