I don't say so, mate Her record literally speaks for itself. Good Luck in trying to dispute that, you wouldn't even try. What’s the point? These “experts” are so wrapped up in themselves and what it does for their “likes” they will say whatever the media want to hear. Let’s be clear here once and for all. Trump did not say “inject or drink bleach”. He merely foolishly, on national television asked the “expert” if it was possible that bleach could somehow be effective to combat Covid 19. Now then the problem is his argument pales into insignificance compared to being forced to A. Wear completely useless masks B. Allow elderly people to die without the aid of their loved ones C. Shut down the economy and the inevitable effect of what we’re seeing right now D. Delay critical care in hospitals allowing thousands of people to die unnecessarily E. Millions if not billions of the useless money thrown away on the “test and trace app” I could go on but surely all the above are more of a threat to society than Trumps ill advised words in one specific moment

A bit obsessed with this particular bit of Trump nonsense aren't ya?.. Not really, I just find it amusing how many people, still to this day, push the lie that he said something he didn't. Call me old fashioned but I’m pretty sure he talks about injecting bleach in this clip?

Oh but she's "milking it" really. She is isn’t she? Hasn’t she got more important stuff to do than speak to the worlds media about a throw away comment by a befuddled bloke with no idea about medicine? It’s all just “make me famous” claptrap. It was an idiotic thing to say by Trump and now she’s revelling in the notoriety of being “that woman who was sat there”. Nice attempt at deflection The "befuddled bloke" you speak of was at the time "The Most Powerful Man in the World" and any comment he made could not be treated as "throwaway " given the importance of his position The dangerous outcome of his "throwaway " comments were documented by CDC in the link I attached You seem intent on Victim Blaming rather than hold the person who made the comments accountable for them If that's your position, as a poster says on here Crack On

But we know that's bollox. Sarcasm requires a rounded mindset and he doesn't have that.

You are correct, it was very irresponsible of the MSM to push the 'fake news' narrative that The Don had told people to drink/inject bleach. They really should be held to account for their lies. I doubt most of those 6 fingered idiots have the ability or attention span to read a Newspaper Article. Much easier to listen to their Hero on Fox News and follow their interpretation of his instructions More name calling and delusions of grandeur...

Being controlled by the media to ensure absolute fear and hyperbole. Given that we have posters on here who freely admit that their opinions are not likely to be altered by evidence and reason, I'm a bit wary of your opening sentence. You can see why Gove's contention that the country had had enough of experts played so well with a substantial portion of the public, and why the country is now in the Brexit mess that it is. Relying on gut instinct and what the Daily Mail says (big fan of Truss!) rather than someone with years of experience and knowledge in their field doesn't seem sensible. I mean, they could still be wrong, especially in novel situations, but less likely. And let's face it, all those people claiming to be fed up of "fame-chasing" experts will be first in the queue for expert treatment/advice from experts if they ever need it!

Mr Trump conceded on social media that the election results were "somewhat disappointing".
But he maintained that "from my personal standpoint it was a very big victory".
What a dick!

It's pretty clear that the party itself is done with him, whether that will translate to the voters is another thing.

I see Trump is tearing into De Sanctis with his usual bile His assault on DeSantis is disgusting and shows just how real it is becoming that Super Ron could be the next US President. He's the most exciting presidential candidate of our lifetime. Calm, measured, intelligent, sensible, eloquent, honest and a genuine leader - The world will be a far better place with a DeSantis victory.

Just look at the ghastly options our own government put up as PM candidates so we can never rule anything out with politicians!

I mean I was bang on about post lockdown economical crash, Brexit, Trump's win and a Tory landslide in 2019 - All against the "so called" odds - so I'm pretty comfortable with my record. Meanwhile you get just about every prediction catastrophically wrong 😉 I liked the mini budget and its content. Clearly it was a disaster for the markets, shit happens. Admittedly the timing of it was incredibly poor. Not helped by Truss being a total plank. Let's see if high tax, low growth works. I strongly suspect Sunak will be gone before the next election if it still looks like a Labour landslide in 12 months.

Hmmm, I'm not sure that thinking Covid was part of a planned, totalitarian, dystopian, fascist, never-ending, global one government conspiracy has aged well. I know you liked the mini budget! You said how great it was. Sadly, it was a complete disaster or, as you said, shit happens. Oh well, hey ho! We'll have to see if you're right about Sunak being punted ahead of the next election. I'd be surprised. Who on earth is left to have a go! Back to the US though. You may be right about Desantis, we'll have to see. I hope, if he does win, that he doesn't turn out to be as mad, bad and dangerous to know as your previous favourite, Trump.

Or maybe an unplanned opportunity for corrupt governments and "government scientists" to power grab and fall increasingly into a never ending cycle of authoritarianism, media pressure, propaganda and health and safety extremism? The media were arguably worse than the government and they are at it once again with with the green and economic apocalypse porn - Ignoring the fact they are hugely responsible for such issues! I mean... We literally had medical apartheid for a few weeks... I'm not quite sure how you can say it was anything other than a ghastly abuse of power for 18 months. Re Sunak, he's no different to any of the other moderate globalists in parliament.
