Another 10.69km posted for tonight.
So far, the Oatcake Running Club has clocked up a registered 121.68 miles (195.82 km); cycled 284.00 miles (457.05km) and rowed 3 miles (5 km). Thats a grand total of 410.68 miles travelled.
I think we can put to bed the myth that we're all pie munching lardies. So all those unwashed vale bastards can fuck themselves...thats if they can keep their hands off their sister for a minute!

I've done 6.6 miles.I got in at 8 o clock and the temprature was still 28. That was hard work.I live at the top of Biddulph Road so whichever way I go I finish uphill and tonight was a bit of a bastard. Also the bank from Ford Green Hall to the Norton Arms was hard work.

I packed in smoking almost 3 years ago and it's made a huge difference,I feel fitter than when I was in the army.

Also, living in London, I dont have to spend half my time battling tourists and traffic! I do love the outdoors though, always spend an hour in St James Park during the day and at the weekend especially in summer I like going to chill out in Hyde Park. and Okie, I only said that we're not ALL pie munching lardies...so you're still ok

If we are doing a running total 7 miles Tuesday night and 8 last night, still 28'c when we finished last night, good run though, 1.05 for 8 miles in that heat was tough, trying to find shady bits along the canal and river weaver.
