In with all the excitement of Murray winning Wimbledon, England looking like they'll win/lose the Ashes, signing a 19 year old Spanish lad and the one who cant be named having a hissy fit...i'm sure we're all a bunch of healthy individuals who do lots of exercise. So, it'll be one way to pass the time if really bored to see how far the Oatcake run between us.
I'll kick off with a 10.05km today, which will now be followed by not doing much at all for the rest of the night.

I've just walked about a quarter of mile to the off licence and back to fetch 4 cans of Stella and a bottle of QC sherry! Also clocked clocked up a few miles on my FLT at work this week. I guessing the above don't count though?

I run about 10miles a week through work, 5 miles plus circuits for boxing training. When off work my runs are typically 6 miles a run 3 times a week.

When I get back in to it again (after a good 8 months or so) I'll be able to get up to 11k in an hour at a 1.5% incline again without having regular drops in pace. I have my set playlist when im on the treadmill, and how i pace it out i always manage to get a second wind around 40 mins or so to see me through. The last 6 minutes, with my favourite treadmill track always sees me through to the 60 minutes and its a great feeling when the treadmill automatically drops in speed for the cooldown. Used to be able to that 3 days on, 1 day rest without any problems so hopefully after a few weeks back i'll be ok and will be able to keep my figure better
