I'll post randomly when I remember too but I can't be arsed with the running total... The old data analysis got a bit boring then Not at all, I have to redirect my efforts to the severe uprise of bastardism since the start of the season. Shit just got real

Yes, 6th indeed. Nice flattish course I believe, and will be my 2nd marathon in total. 1st was London & taking into consideration this time last year I wasn't even running I was very happy indeed with a 5hr time. Still, October will be roughly a year since I joined my local running club & I do get out around 2/3 times a week. The local Worcester Park Run has helped with my times too! Do love my running now!

I've done chester half last couple of years, not doing the full one as got the Sandstone trail race the week before and Amsterdam marathon 2 weeks after. I did Nice to Cannes marathon last year, early November, that's a good one, so many I want to do, time and money hold me back

I'd be ordering the taxi from a field in the outbacks though

Ran from Delamere to Beeston Castle and back this morning, 16 miles but a lot of ups and downs, 9 hours later my legs are still stinging and itchy from nettle stings, arms sore from going through corn fields with 8 foot high corn, and being chased by a cow, all in all a good run

Mainly due to having Meniere's. Anyway still feeling the mara but done a4, a6, a7 and a 12 in last 5 days. Plus a twenty odd mile cycle to upton park. Dead legs.

Somehow it has just never seemed like the kind of ground where you can confidently lash your bike to some railings and still expect to find it in one piece when you come out. I've been there many, many times down the years and while it dosn't pose quite the threat it once did it remains the only ground where I have been attacked not once but twice so I'm always relieved to find myself in one piece when I leave never mind a bike
