Why would you have Spurs on an acca? also, never ever have an early or a late game on an acca, golden rule that surely?! Btw, Spurs have been shocking. Scarily bad in fact. Ha ha, you are bang on with the early/late bit! 😁 Spurs have been that bad I wondered if Son was playing. He's usually brilliant, but I didn't realise he was on until half an hour had gone.

Spurs going through somewhat of a mini crisis at the moment. Stayed well clear of them today. Didn’t fancy any of the Premier League fixtures. Gone for a Swansea, Fulham, Leeds and Plymouth 4 fold. I think it's doubt over the manager's future causing it. They look really disjointed.

Stranger things have happened. We're playing ok, just not having the rub of the green. Keep the faith Tuesday night killed any hope I dared have in Jones: truly one of the worst games of football at any level I have had the misfortune to see💩 What's worse is he's lost his bollocks as well. His whole philosophy is attacking football and he's abandoned it. I agree with those asking for 4-4-2 and more direct football. We need wins.

Powell and Ince are very poor versions of Bojan. i honestly dont think nathen has bought a decent player to stoke. the squad only needed tweeking not a complete overhall. we needed a few players up front with pace. i think there are no better midfield players in this league as good as Etebo.and Ndyide. with a bit of pace bought into the team up front we would have been flying now. We've needed pace and power for years. It's never been addressed. I agree on Bojan, he's easily good enough to be in the side.

FFS...Spurs already losing.... Absolute joke of a goal. Looks like Lloris has broken an arm on landing, too.

If the likes of Allardyce, Moyes, Hughton (and even Pulis), are no-gos, what choice do they have? Suppose anyone they will go for, in this situation, will have most people saying 'you have got to be joking'. It's a bit of a mess. To be honest mate, I’d prefer to go down the unknown foreign route and them being shit but hoping they will be decent apposed to having a shit guy from the start knowing it’s going be shit. The trouble is, I bet there are people on here who know more about foreign football than people at the club. That's hurting us with both players and potential managers.

Hughes is much maligned in my opinion. He transformed us into a top ten PL side which bloodied the noses of sides well beyond our resources. The board got complacent and expected it to continue without major investment and their ridiculously misplaced self-sufficiency mantra. You can't do PL on the cheap and the lack of ambition resulted in Hughes' lost motivation and his "it is what it is" attitude. The demise of Stoke City of the past 3-4yrs lies squarely with Coates' delusion that football has to make financial sense. It doesn't... I think the current demise began with the window where Hughes was rewarded for those achievements by bringing in freebies/crocks instead of quality upgrades throughout the squad. We didn't make hay while the sun was shining. To be honest, I think both he and Pulis worked wonders in different ways.

He doesn't seem to be coming in any further - still 2/1 Can't say I'd be doing somersaults if he got it - he'd be a massive gamble. Underwhelming to say the least.

We need someone to get a run of wins. I have my doubts whether a Karanka or Pulis type will get enough of them. Especially with this lot. We need a run of clean sheets. Then the odd goal from set plays will see us safe with room to spare. We're not a set piece team any more, though, March. Quite what we are, I don't know!

Brexit wars! When Nigel Fucking Farage is questioning your integrity, it's time for a long look in the mirror! Nigel seems to be a bit upset that he is being sidelined. I hate to say it but I agree. I don't like the emphasis he's put on no deal, and said it at the time he started shouting about it(gives Remainers a stick to beat him with). Also, his party splits the Brexit vote and makes it less likely, daft as it sounds, with our electoral system. I also think Johnson can't win for losing. Parliament won't go for a hard Brexit, but we all know that some of them don't want Brexit at all, and would vote against anything that isn't basically staying in. So Johnson comes out with something that looks like a promising idea and it's immediately torpedoed! I can't help thinking if Jezza or Starmer had thought of it, there would have been a different reaction to it. But as it is, it's a "race to the bottom" right wing Brexit according to Labour , and it's too soft for Farage. Which is it?

Does anyone find it absurd that several senior European politicians and again varadker yesterday mention a united Ireland would solve the backstop problem . Is his what they mean about respecting the good Friday agreement . Do they not think this would guarantee a return to sectarian violence. The whole province would explode I find it disgusting that our independence is being sabotaged by the threat of violence.

I understand people's reservations, but if it's really a right wing conspiracy to leave, how come some soft Brexiteers seem to be on board?

Play 2 up front, I would play 2 from Hogan / Gregory / Campbell. Midfield should be Allen, Ndiaye, Etebo and Woods. I've seen nothing from Powell, Ince or Vokes to suggest we should keep picking them. Unless we can get a loan striker in, it still doesn't really answer your question 😀 Who’s creating the chances for your two strikers? Who's creating them now? We created chances for about 2 games, didn't we? After that, Nathan turned into Rowett. He's assembled a squad fit for nowt and he's still in a job. Pitiful.

Playing someone who can cross on the wings and/or at full back and two up front might help. Yep. Any idea who these wingers are that can get down the pitch and put good crosses in? And what two strikers have we got that look like they might be regular goalscorers? I am struggling! 😁 Can Clucas or Duffy play left wing? Vokes and Gregory might work up front, or Vokes and Campbell. What we are doing isn't working, is it?

I do love how many ITKs on here have outed themselves as absolute fucking chancers based on what seemed an easy and inevitable correct guess The first time I logged in after Tuesday's match I thought there must have been some sort of open day at the ground. Never known so many to be in on so many top level business decisions that were being taken. I had you going with my Pardew piss take. I bitterly regret it now! 😁
