£8M!!!! We probably could get Souttar back for that amount! Guess which of the two I'd prefer!? Jagielka? 😂

Seen Burrows a few times this season. He definitely looks better as a wing back in a back 5. Wonder what system we will recruit for and which system will be our go to? I prefer Norrington-Davies if possible.

I think Iversen has played really well apart from a nervous start here. I would really love to see him come back to us permanently.

I think most supporters can see this. Lowe isn't close to being ready for this level and needs a loan, just like Tezgel, but Sidibe looks really promising already. Even though he also might progress quicker with a loan. Regular game time is really important to develop further for young players. When do most supporters see Lowe. He hasn't started any games recently. No not recently, but he must be judged on the performances he has had. I think I've seen all the games this season and from that he has looked far from ready. It doesn't matter if he won us one game earlier in the season, he doesn't look ready. Why you think he is from his performances is a bigger mystery to me. If you think so keep believing that, but it won't make him more ready. He needs a LOAN!

Sidibe should be, Lowe shouldn't. How can you be so sure when the head coach sees these players almost every day. Sometimes it is just a combination that clicks. I think most supporters can see this. Lowe isn't close to being ready for this level and needs a loan, just like Tezgel, but Sidibe looks really promising already. Even though he also might progress quicker with a loan. Hoever

It’s not though is it? Hoever has been awful for 90% of his 18 months here. The goals mask so much. You have to look through them. Why can’t you blame a defender that can’t defend? They did, one was sacked and the other struggled to get us safe. It means fuck all. Oh yes he’s a shit defender isn’t he? As an integral member of the defence that hasn’t conceded a goal in over FIVE hours must make him really shit? You really do talk through your arse most of the time. He has also been part of a defence leaking goals for fun in periods, so this statement could really go all ways. A season consists of 46 league games not 3.

Blows hot and cold to much to pay big money..... If the price is right, he could be a decent addition!!! It's time to develop Junior now! Don't want Hoever as I'm sure Junior already is a better defender. We need another left back though!

Lowe needs a loan and shouldn't be close to our first 11 next season. The manager let your judgment down by playing both Lowe and Sidebe. So it's fair to say they will be close to his plans for the first team next season. Sidibe should be, Lowe shouldn't.

7 to all, but 8 to Iversen who kept us in the game at a crucial point, and 9 to the outstanding Manhoef!

Play mostly our own players is my take on this! No Hoever, no McNally, no Iversen unless he is in the frame for next season, no Cundle and maybe no Stevens too. Play Bonham, Junior, Rose and Baker! ...........................Bonham............................ Junior...........Wilmot.............Rose.............Stevens .....................Burger......Thompson................... ...........................Laurent.......................... Manhoef...................Campbell...................Junho.. Subs: Iversen, McNally, Gooch, Hoever, Baker, Cundle, Leris, Lowe. If there was any consistency to your demand you'd leave the sharks out altogether and have Lowe in the team, and Sidebe and other academy grads on the bench at least and put one or two of them on late in the game. It's end of season, what could that hurt? Lowe needs a loan and shouldn't be close to our first 11 next season.

Thought Campbell was off out of contracrt I think he is our only fit striker. Lowe unfortunately isn't close to being good enough yet and needs a loan to lower leagues first. I'm tempted to try Leris in that position though!

As someone mentioned on Twitter a player like Sorba Thomas could be a good pick-up from Hudders, age 25, does decent numbers on goals and assists in this league 4G & 9A this season Yes, he was the one that stood out in the couple of games where I watched Huddersfield on TV. Decent with the ball, decent pace and hard worker as well.

For me it’s going to be another overhaul just not on the scale as this season. We lose: All the loans Campbell (maybe) I can see at least 5 moving on. It’s gonna be another 8 players incoming. We need: Keeper CB LB RB CM FW As starters. I think he will go for Hoever, Cundle and Iverson. Why a right back? We have Junior and Gooch there! A left back or two, yes!

I don’t and can’t agree. Being a brilliant footballer isn’t just about being able to ping one into the top corner 9 times out of 10. Or having the vision to play a defence splitting ball into a striker. It’s about having the discipline and mentality to train and prepare then do that at the highest level. Messi. Maradonna. Ronaldo. All the greats. They combine great skill with great mental strength and then influence the results of the biggest games in world football. I think he was trying to say Sorensen has the ability and is a fantastic footballer, but perhaps he is / was a later developer physically (and mentally maybe but doubt it). There are definitely some players in the lower leagues who step up into the Prem and looks like they belong there. Morgan Rogers is one of them, he looks like a superb player. Not saying Sorensen is one of these but whenever I watched him for us he looked like he could do a job. I was really impressed by Sørensen when he got some game time for us and was a bit surprised when we let him go. At the time I at least thought it just had to be a loan and nothing more, but we decided to let him go for a reason I couldn't understand. Had a conversation with his father by the way once outside a hotel in Hanley before he got into our matchday squad.

Last 9 games we have 4 3 2 = 15 points. 15:9 = 1.67 per game which isn't too bad I think. Over a season that would be around 76-77 points which is very good in my opinion. It would actually be so good that we would be fighting for the play-offs!

Keeper: Iversen or Johansson (I see Travers getting games for Bmouth now) Left back: Norrington-Davies Central defence; Souttar and Coady. Winger: Dembele Striker; Assante 6 first 11 players and we will improve a lot! Don’t think we will get Souttar. But Galloway from Plymouth is free. I think he will be Shueys choice. For winger I’d be seeing if we can get Finn Azar on loan. I don't think we'll be able to buy Souttar, but a loan could be on the cards?

All 3 are Bodø Glimt players. I'd really like to see Bjørkan here as he is a very decent left back and also good going forward. Berg is a good player, but I don't think we should spend money on that kind of player with Pearson, Burger and Thompson able to play in that position. Hauge was very promising a couple of years ago when Rome bought him, but I sort of feel he has stalled a bit. I would rather have a player like Dembele at Birmingham if possible. I also like Bodø Glimt's central defender Gundersen a lot as he could be the central defender Norway have been looking for. What sort of fees for the 3 I mentioned + yours? I think berg + Pearson for the DM allowing Burger to play the ‘8’. I don’t know much about Gundersen what sort of CB is he? To be honest I don't think we can afford them at all. I guess around £4M for everyone of them which means north of £16M for the 4 of them. I'm not sure any would see Stoke as a step up right now, but I guess we could compete when it comes to wages.

Problem is that if he can't improve on holding the ball up I'm not sure we can play him in the middle of a 3. He might be better used as a winger then, but then he needs to improve his endurance as well. At some point his manager(s) will have to make up their fucked up minds whether he's a winger or a striker. Some people can switch easily between positions, such as our new/old SJW, but some need security in playing the same position week in, week out, and Campbell is that one. He's motivated for number nine. If he gets picked as a 7 or 11, he'll do his job (some days), but his motivation is less. It so happens that his current manager sees him as a nine, so he should play there next week. What happens afterwards is not our business, because his next game will be his last for SCFC. You know that for sure?
