Sad news. R.I.P Sir Bobby.
Absolute legend for the game. I'll never forget that summer in 1990 as a 9 year old kid, we were so close...he'll always be remembered.

Sad news. A man of sheer dignity. Dignity he may have been justified in shedding given the scale and nature of some of the abuse he received.

What an absoloute legend. A true gent to the game, a man respected by everyone, all around the world. A players manager, not a bad word to say about anyone and an unrivalled knowledge of the game. Patriotic to the end he will be sadly missed!!
A true legend who will leave a gap in the football world!!

Hard to put it into words. It's hard watching a parent's demise, and I feel so sad for his wife and family. What he leaves behind is a standard that is unlikely to be reached again. Not only was he a great achiever, he had to battle hard against a cruel disease and has remained a humble, dignified, thoroughly decent chap. How much better would this world be with a few more like him.
