Anyone else notice Pearson walk straight off at full time, didn't acknowledge any of the fans, didn't celebrate with the rest of the team just walked straight down the tunnel.

I'll take it as pissed off at not playing. No problem with that.

Not pleased only being a sub. I really like his attitude about this. You shouldn't be as a professional footballer.

Don’t think that’s an issue.
Pissed off about not playing. Probably feels bit part.

Not pleased only being a sub. I really like his attitude about this. You shouldn't be as a professional footballer. He doesn't like being a bit-part player, obviously. He's a good player, but always plays on the edge. He needs to steer clear of yellow cards, he may then get his place back. I like him, because he's competitive, & that sets an example to some of the others.

I like Pearson, especially since he joined at a time where we had been crying out for the club to sign a halfway decent DM. Similar to how I always liked Jordan Cousins. Not a player that is going to create a moment of brilliance to win a game, but one who will do the dirty work necessary to allow others to get forward.
I hope he’s not being a diva about losing his spot in the first XI to a player that is younger, more skillful, and plays like he would die for the club. And, if he’s unhappy about not starting for a team in a relegation scrap, the first thing he can do to help his cause is at least act like he gives a shit to the fans.

I wouldn’t read too much into it to be honest as he did exactly the same against QPR,I’m not convinced he’s one for the limelight😊 He’ll still have a part to play this season in the coming games

He isn’t athletic enough to fit in this team

Was he chasing the ref, trying to get another yellow card in the tunnel?

I'll take it as pissed off at not playing. No problem with that. I have a problem with it ( IF that was the reason). The whole point of SJWs brilliant rallying call was that everyone is in this together. He was on the pitch at the end and definitely should have acknowledged the crowd. He should ask the manager and then himself why he's not starting - probably because he hasn't shown last season's form, and possibly because he's also a walking card. On today's showing he will have a challenge taking the shirt off Burger, Laurent or Baker.

Seemed happy enough with Burger and worked hard when on the pitch. If he wants to play more, he needs to play better than Burger.

Does the same every week with the mascots when players come off after the warm up. All the other players have their photos taken with the mascots and he runs past.
Seems a tit to me.

Agree with this, he doesn't buy all the hype. In the Burger "love in" video you could tell he was taking the piss about a "day on the life of Wouter". He was only on 3 minutes and its not like we won the FA Cup or something. It takes all personalities and I suspect he's less fragile than most and just wants to play.

Maybe he felt he hadn’t been on the pitch long enough or done enough to take the accolades from the fans at the end. Either way I agree with the comment that it’s disappointing to see after the call to arms from SJW.
