Deserves to enjoy it, he’s had some stick this week. Fair play to him, tonight was exactly what was needed.

Pleased for him, still believe he is the man for the job. And he doesn't need Tony Pulis or Gary monk as some sort of advisor! 😁
Maybe people can calm down a bit now, roll in Saturday and hopefully another win

Delighted that he still has a job.
Not out of the woods yet though.

Didn’t look like too many unhappy/disgruntled players at the end in the clips I’ve seen

That’s not a cause for calm. People are and rightfully should be worried. Much needed win and our first home goal in over 7 hours in the league and hopefully some hope we can pick up our form.

He really needed that tonight, nothing less in my opinion, we won't get much Saturday I feel, Coventry are a well sorted side, a draw would be decent result for us, pleased for him though.

It was a big result for him tonight.
A win just helps to ease the pressure a little bit and stops the run of defeats.
I vaguely remember Nathan Jones doing a final whistle celebration after he had won a mid-week match - I think he was sacked a few weeks later! 😂
I think that Schumacher will build something positive here, but he needs to fight his way through to the summer where he can get in the players that he wants.

The win was not thanks to him
Tactically they were superior
The manager deserves no credit for today’s 3 points from an unwatchable match
The player he wanted and got in the January window Cundle was utterly useless - as he has been in all his appearances so far
So by chance we got three points despite of the manager and his poor tactical choices and utterly shite substitutions and not thanks to him

At no point did we boss the game. We got a goal from a corner. They could have done the same. Both teams were crap. The game was unwatchable. Manager deserves absolutely no credit for the win. None

Not how he operates. Averaged 5 changes per match at Plymouth apparently. Horses for courses and a squad game.

You're worse than an alleged impartial ref! We win, and he had nothing to do with it, but we lose and it's fire the manager?
