Please guide me to where you were greeted with all 4 options, for the life of me I can't navigate to it. I have a PDF opened from the official web site after I logged in and it says go to stokefcpayments.streaming.com/accounts/register/step1 and all i get is an error mesage saying problem loading page. I have alternatively clicked on the link on the official site that should take you straight to it and as per my last post that is what I'm greeted with. Gouranga.

The website is working perfectly, some requests are already in process. I got presented with all four options Ange. Chose options 1 (all the matches to be streamed) and 2 (the balance £40 to be given to charity). Just had an automated email, saying that all my money has been donated to charity! WTF?

Just to make sure, for those who say it’s working fine - are you going to stokecityfc.com and then clicking on ‘buy tickets’ in the top right?
I’m getting the same problem as reported above - error message.

This is what worries me, I go on to select and all I get is "available online soon" within an hour of the announcement. If I opt for the remaining matches streamed on the site am I going to be spending 80 plus minutes trying to log back in because the system gets overloaded. Never fills me with confidence does stoke city and technology.

It just appeared and started to work don't ask me how but I've done it now. There's a number you can ring if you can't get sorted 01782367598 not sure if they can help you but that's the number I was given. Good luck everyone. Gouranga.

Thanks for that. Thought it was just me for a minute. Gives you confidence that they can deal with the demand for streaming doesn't it? £5.50 per game, for a service that has historically been poor, is far too much. It’s not a lot of money but I just can’t justify giving £50 for something I have no confidence in working.

Whilst the options are commendable, the club really does need to review and fix its IT problems. I’m not one to criticise them but they’re absolutely appalling in this area.

So I'd previously rang the ticket office to try and get my issue sorted but they were closed. So I rang the number above and I was told that I needed to ring the ticket office. I'll try the ticket office again on Monday.

The problem is the club ironically do not seem to have learnt any lessons. With the reliance of IT being at its greatest it really does rely on absolute shit platforms to support its intentions. Might just gamble on radio, ceefax and put the money towards my season ticket next year (although cannot gaurantee it wont go on my golf membership before my arse is back on that scfc seat)
