I'm getting the same error message that others have mentioned.

It's makes you wonder how they are going to deal with thousands of fans accessing the streaming system on match days.

This has just worked for me after several attempts getting the error message. Also had email confirmation saying codes will be sent out Monday onwards.

I've now updated my address in My Account and linked my client reference number, I now get the refund options.

Can someone explain this to me?
I've gone on and done mine (finally), but can't do others that are in my family. It is asking me to link up the client reference number for the other family members but i've already done it weeks ago. When I try and re-link it says there is an error, and takes me back to their profile pages where...lo and behold...there is the client reference linked to the account!!??
Does it process the full refund options for all linked family members in your account in one go or not as it really isn't clear?
why is it so hard and why is it so unclear? This really isn't professional at all.

On more than one occasion I've tried to use the official SCFC stream and had to resort to getting a refund and paying the opposition club to watch their stream instead because the system was overloaded. Surely they'll be prepared this time. Surely?

This really isn't professional at all. i have emailed re the family issue, my nephews under 18 season ticket is linked to my account but it only shows my season ticket refund/options, he doesnt live with me and would like to watch too, plus it says that the club will not charge more for people with discounted tickets to stream games, just use the balance and call it quits i guess lets face it we knew it was going to be a bloody mess, wait till next saturday when everybody piles onto stoke city +.....

I had an issue with this because I used a shorthand first name instead of my full one when linking it to my My Stoke account despite the address and everything else matching up. Seems to be no dialogue between the pages even if your client ref is already up.

Weirdly my ticket is also linked to my Mrs' account who has been able to get a refund for her season ticket but gets an error message when she applies to get a refund for mine! Tin pot as per.

I've no idea if I've got their refunds or just mine and my boys.
I'll leave it until monday when the system isn't overloaded.

Now that I have picked an option and gone through it all I can see my refund value but no idea if that is pre or post the 50 quid knock off for choosing the streaming option. On one account I can't link the client reference number but it is already referenced in the MyStoke account. In the other account I can re-link the reference number (why when I did it weeks ago?) but getting the 'available soon' option. Ridiculous. when I log onto mine and view the available balance, I can see everyone elses number in my family in the box below the balance remaining, so does that mean the options I have ticked I have ticked for all members or just me, and is that why I can't sort the others out? Why isn't it clear?

As usual the web site isn't ready. When you log in to make your choice this is what you're greeted with. "Season Card Refund Options. 2019/20 Season Card holders can choose from a range of options outlined below. Available online soon. Fucking unbelievable - or not really what did we expect? Gouranga. I get the same message. No options to choose from, just ‘available online soon’. me too. Probably overloaded in fairness. I’ll try tomorrow, no real rush

'Please note that due to the high volume of emails we receive the time taken to respond can be up to 14 working days'
The deadline is Wednesday.

Logged onto mystoke Clicked on to "club announce refund options for season card holders" New page appears Scrolled down to "To make your selection click HERE and log in to your MyStoke account" clicked on "here" New page appears Clicked on "season card refund options" New page appears Message says "available on line soon"
Repeated process five times, same result. Now am I missing something obvious? Am I following the wrong path through the web pages? Am I a bloody simpleton or is the web site shite?
