Thanks for that. Thought it was just me for a minute. Gives you confidence that they can deal with the demand for streaming doesn't it? £5.50 per game, for a service that has historically been poor, is far too much. It’s not a lot of money but I just can’t justify giving £50 for something I have no confidence in working. Its worked as it should for me whenever I've used it, the problem is will it still be fine when there's a lot more people using it

So just to clarify on point 2 ange? "2 ONLY the lead client (original purchaser) can make the selection and you only need to do this once for the whole group." On my ticketing page, below the refund balance amount, I can see a list of all members of my family in a box. Does that mean the options i've selected have been applied to all members of my group? I can't remember, but suspect, that I purchased all last years Season Tickets on my card as a block purchase.

I'm pretty savvy with computers, but the Stoke City web site makes me feel like a bloody simpleton. This is what I did. Logged onto mystoke Clicked on to "club announce refund options for season card holders" New page appears Scrolled down to "To make your selection click HERE and log in to your MyStoke account" clicked on "here" New page appears Clicked on "season card refund options" New page appears Message says "available on line soon" Repeated process five times, same result. Now am I missing something obvious? Am I following the wrong path through the web pages? Am I a bloody simpleton or is the web site shite? Go to update your client number even if your client number is already updated then try again. I somehow muddled through but TBH I have no idea how I completed it. It sort of just started working. Gouranga. Nope, didn't work, same result.

I want to stream, my missus wants a refund. I paid for both on my card ..... so we BOTH have to stream or we BOTH have to take a refund. Is that right?

Where's it say how much you are being refunded, when i click on bank transfer and checkout it just says £0

Mine worked fine.
Logged in and I had mine and the gfs tickets there.
Asked for refund + streams.
No problem.
Only issue was choosing the numbers. You could go up to as many as you want, assume there will be an error if you try and go through with it.

Does anyone know how the streaming service works? Is it an app that you install on a tablet? Or would there be a way of streaming it to a standard TV (without any extra equipment eg firestick). Just trying work out if it’s worth giving up the refund for if I can only watch on my iPhone!

Yep. Options available on line later That happened to me too,but I was only logged into Stoke City +, when i logged into My Stoke it all came up Hope that helps

When you get email confirnation of your choice it tells you that if you want to watch on a tablet or a phone you have to download an app and there is a link to where you dowload it from
