Try this. Go to stokecityfc.com and log in. Click on manage account then go to Membership and loyality tag. Click on where it says Teamcard page in blue writing and enter your client ref no. Thanks for the info, but still no joy. Did you type it in the first box that comes up under the Membership and loyality tag. if you did dont, you must click on where it says Teamcard page in blue writing.

Where's it say how much you are being refunded, when i click on bank transfer and checkout it just says £0 That's happened with me as well. So I don't know whether I have a refund or not! Or how much?

I want to stream, my missus wants a refund. I paid for both on my card ..... so we BOTH have to stream or we BOTH have to take a refund. Is that right? I'm in a similar situation. From what I can make out: - If you log on and click the 'My Account' icon in the top right corner it takes you to your 'Account details page' - Here it gives you information on 'Season Card 19/20 Total credits' - Mine is £150.00 split across two season tickets - I then go to the 'Tickets' dropdown menu at the top of the page and select 'Season Card 19/20 Refund Options'. Click 'Select' to go to the 1-4 Refund options. - Option 1 is for the live stream. If selected it says this 'will reduce the remaining credit by £50.00' From this I'm guessing if I select option 1 (because only one of us wants the streams) it will reduce my £150.00 by £50.00, leaving me with £100.00 I should then be able to go back to the same refund page and select option 4 which is 'Full refund by bank transfer'. This will empty the remaining balance into my bank account (which takes 30 days to process). I'm going to give it a go now and see what happens... EDIT: It looks like this worked. When I selected 'Steams' it immediately took me to a list of options: - Stream + Donate Remainder to Community Trust - Stream + Remainder Retail Gift Card 20% - Stream + Refund Remainder by Bank Transfer - Stream + Hold Remainder for now I selected the Bank Transfer option, entered my details and everything went through okay. It said to expect an email EDIT: Email confirmation has now arrived saying the first code will be sent out from Monday 15th June and to allow 24 hours for the codes to be sent. I'll check my bank in 30 days.

Absolute bag of bollocks. How can the system work for some people but not others. My scfc account and season card are linked to mystoke and all that but on the memberships page where it says friends and family where I have cards for my wife and child, which were purchased through my account it says I can renew season cards forsupporters that have a star by them. Guess what? They don’t! How can that be when I purchased the cards from my account??? Also the club said on Twitter that the amount you’re owed would be where it says season card 19/20 total credits. Guess what? It says nowt. As I say, absolute bag of bollocks!

How can they take so long to make the announcement, and then completely fuck it up when they finally do?
The club is owned by Billionaires.
It's funny how they have all the right software for Bet365 which involves taking money off people, but they can't find the right software when it comes to handing a bit back.

Like most things in IT if you fuck about with it long enough without really knowing what you are doing, it works, but you couldn't explain to a living soul how you managed to get what it was you wanted.
It used to be: football fan> goes to ticket office> buys ticket> goes to match. Where did it all go wrong?

Try this guys, it worked for me but not for ryd1967
1. Log in at stokecityfc.com 2. Click on manage account 3. Fill in all your details under the profile tab 4. Click on the Membership and Loyality tab and make sure there is nothing typed in the client reference number box 5. Click on the blue TeamCard page link just above the client reference number box, a new page will open up. 6. Type in your client ref no in this new box. 7. Click on buy tickets on the main page and go to the season card refund link.
If anyone tries this please say on here if it worked for you. I was getting the not online message at first but it worked after doing this, i don't know if I just got lucky.

The sad thing is, I'm sure there's plenty of Stoke fans out there right now that could do with a little cash boost. Times are hard for a lot of people and families in the current climate.
It's been clear as day for months that the season would either be cancelled or games played out without fans (i.e. either way we wouldn't get the full quota of games that we'd paid for on our season tickets) and yet it's taken forever for the club to actually announce a refund would be possible, and then completely mess up the technology and software that allows fans to access the refund when they do finally announce it.
Thousands of fans left out of pocket.
Billionaires not really caring.

As Chair of the council, I will attempt to answer every reasonable question over the weekend re ticket refunds. Excuse me if I do not answer the abusive ones especially those sent via e mail. Sheer volume is causing the problem and I know it is frustrating as I too have encountered similar.

My trouble to start with was that my full name was on my season card but on my mystoke account it was shortened,I altered it to the same as on my season card and it worked straight away
