We have had enough shit players to fill a 747.
I am astounded at how much dross we actually signed.

There are at least 2 different types of shit team - and depending on your definition you'll end up with 2 very different teams.
The likes of Berahino, Imbula and Jesse were shit because their attitude stunk - but they are actually pretty decent footballers when they bothered to turn up.
The likes of Pericard, Tweed and the incomparable Brek Shea were just shit footballers.
There's also the roll call of those who were shit for us because they were way past their sell by date - Gudjohnson, Owen and Woodgate come to mind.
There's also those players who were crap but for some strange reason you can't help liking. For me it was Justin Whittle - extremely limited footballer but I've always had a soft spot for him because of his grim determination to be better than he was. In many ways he should be in the shit 11 but for me it would be just wrong to have him in it.

What about imbula in nets aswell? We saw him twice as a sub. He’s played left back and left wing in his career and is listed online as a left wingback.

Kitson has to at least make the bench doesn't he?

Kitson has to at least make the bench doesn't he? I think we take a bit of a harsh view towards Kitson. We didn’t play to his strengths and expected a technical player to be Mama Sidibe mk2. The 5 goals he did score for us were decent, the particular highlight being the one two with Tuncay at home to Man City. Perhaps if he’d scored that first half chance away to Liverpool, he’d have done a lot better here. A more positive attitude would have helped, but I wouldn’t say he’s anywhere near a list of our shittest ever forwards.

Maybe mate, but I do think alot of the negative views we have of him stem from the fact he was absolute dog shit for us.
