A current "new" first team player reckons this is the worst dressing room he's ever been in. That's even after the so called recent clean up. Where’ve you heard that mate? The leak business from Friday rattled me a bit. Regardless of debating square pegs/systems/managers/recruitment etc, I really thought that dressing room harmony was one thing I didn’t need to worry about

There are two issues 1. We keep losing. No dressing room is good when you are losing 2. There is a lack of leadership. The players don't fit what the manager wants. Football is a simple game, we try to make it needlessly complex don't we?

The attitude hasn't gone away yet despite the PR. I'm saying nowt else.

Nobody believed me when I said that a friend of Gary Rowett told me he'd said exactly the same - the worst dressing room he'd ever been in as player or manager, so many players who were vile to each other and the coaches. Seems they haven't got rid of them all yet. As it was such a nice day yesterday we sat in the stands watching the warm up which I've never done before. I said the body language and camaraderie looked awful. Nobody spoke to each other, there was no joking or humour that you'd expect from a group of young men and they just looked like they were going through the motions. Oh and in the shooting drill the only player I saw score past our third choice gk was Campbell.

But we’ve signed ten new players. That’s half a new dressing room so why is it still so rotten? Why is it the worst dressing room ever?
I like all of us would like our club sorting out. Sick of this now.

To own a club can't be the easiest of "investments". In fact they are hardly ever good investments - financially at least. It's something that you do for love more than anything. Breaking even is often the best that you can hope to achieve.
What you certainly have to be able to do is to engage the best people to run your club. If you can't do that, then you pay top wack to get someone to hire the people that you need. This isn't just about the "manager". Managers come and go - it's the real backroom managers that count. I think a lot of us wonder why the skill and expertise available at Bet365 can't be consulted (at least).
Having engaged the best - you sit back and never meddle or interfere - let the experts get on with it.
Sounds so easy doesn't it?

I think a lot of made up bollocks is being spouted on here about players attitudes or dressing room. Any dressing room is bad when the results are bad and the players don't believe in what their manager is trying to do
