Bang average? Yes, that is exactly how I would describe his last 2 loan spells over the last 2 seasons. You must have clocked up some air miles..

Bojan has been bang average for a long time now, people painting him as our best player are talking absolute nonsense. Careful not to cut yourself on that edginess, youth.

So he gets slated for not picking him and still gets shit when he is picking him. Some logic that is. He has now bowed to the pressure but I'm sure he'll drop him for the slightest excuse, and I will never slate him for putting Bojan in the team. I note he substituted him. I think you’ve got the wrong man if you think Rowett has bowed to the public’s pressure ? Why don’t you ask Shawcross and Bauer for their opinions on this. This league is about the depth of a clubs squad, Bojan,Adam etc will be needed if and when the manager sees fit ! The squad depths could be the Achilles heel for the teams that are flying around the top of the league, but it will be interesting to see who is coping at the turn of the year when injuries and suspensions are bound to kick in.

Nice to see Rowett is only a few weeks behind in the realization that Bojan can offer a lot to this club this season. Who's been saying that for weeks?
I know he isn't a typical Rowett flair player with a shit first touch who will work aaard. But, there is now some hope in that Rowett can fookin see when someone is in form and raring to go. Bojan for the first 35mins was marvelous. If he's on it, you can't touch him.

His prob is 1 game in ten so far this season hopefully he turns the corner versus Norwich.

Why do players feel the need to tell fans they’re working hard🤔

Why do players feel the need to tell fans they’re working hard🤔 Because if they post pictures of them relaxing people on messageboards slam them for not keeping themselves fit. It’s a lose lose situation really if you’re a footballer with social media.

Why do players feel the need to tell fans they’re working hard🤔 Gary does more work than that on a park bench when he walks his dog... I take it Bojan will be now training with the U23s?

That’s not even hard work, a few reps at partial press. Ffs, I’d leg press that weight myself and I’m an old lad!!

I think people should cut GR some slack re bojan
The championship is a physically powerful league
You go away to somewhere like Norwich, they put you under pressure, they win a lot of corners, and for each corner kick a lot of big guys appear in your box and the corner kick taker, signals some sort of raised hand to kick off some well rehearsed routine
In those circumstances, there are only so many players of woods / Joe Allen / berahino stature and size you can physically shove into your stoke eleven on the pitch at any one time
We defended a lot of corners and free kicks at Norwich, and we didn't do it by having an entire penalty Box full of players the Size of Joe Allen / Ryan woods / berahino / bojan
He has played bojan here and there, he has done some good things.
But if you are the actual real life stoke boss, and not just commenting on stuff on the oatcake. Then there are only so many Joe Allen / Ryan woods / berahino / bojan size players you can shove in your team, away to anybody in the championship.
He started with woods and Joe Allen, added berahino later as the game went on. I honestly think 4 players of that size and stature is asking for trouble, when you are defending a shed load of corners and free kicks at somewhere like Carrow road
