All starts tonight with Falcons @ Eagles.
Foles starts ahead of Wentz who is still coming back from injury with the Eagles - who are the reigning Super Bowl champs - retaining the vast majority of their team. Matt Ryan, Julio Jones and the Falcons is a very tough start though and it could be a great game if both QBs are on it.
I'm a Packers fan and hoping Rodgers fires all season to make up for the shortcomings elsewhere. Still, with Davante Adams and Jimmy Graham receiving passes they should be in with a shout of the play-offs, if not being quite well-rounded enough to win the entire thing.
I'm picking the Panthers, just because if Cam Newton has a complete season I don't think there's anyone to touch him.*
Who does everyone else support, who do you think will win the big one and where the fuck is Le'Veon Bell?!
Go Pack Go!
*And I've drafted him twice in fantasy leagues. Ahem.

I'm a Giants fan - I can't wait to see what Barkley can do.I think he's nailed on for offensive rookie of the season. We've been crying out for a running game for so long. Eli's decline hasn't been as pretty as some of the other ageing QB's!
I think the Chargers are going to be contenders this season - as usual, my Giants will be nowhere near it!
Glad its kicking off though, a welcome distraction from Stoke!

Bengals fan here. Will try and get to a couple of games this year. We're flying under the radar at the moment... most 'experts' have us going 6-10 or something similar with the improvements made from the other teams in our division. Browns will obviously be a much tougher nut to crack this year. But I'm quietly confident. And with the Le'veon news the Steelers will lose some of their edge.
As for Saquon Barkley... I'm not convinced...
And Jimmy Graham has been a spectator since he left the Saints. Let's see if Rodgers can bring him back to life!

I can see that division being an 8-8 fest, but that does depend on Bell, Flacco and how good the Browns can be. I don't think Jimmy Graham was in the right offense at Seattle; very low TE usage. Reckon he'll be back with a bang this season.

Im a Pats Fan.... simply because I got hooked a few years ago watching the incredible turnaround in the World Series. Mind you I get irritated by the Brady / Belichick show...
But then again, I love all things Boston/New England... Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins... a certain girl I met last year 😉😉😉
Apart from Football... i prefer Orlando due to the Stoke link!

This is where I come for an escape! Anyway...approaching kick-off. Shawn Mendez has fucked off. Get in there.

I did think it was a strange question and certainly a strange thread to ask on but I fancy the Falcons here, they've had a great off-season, kept a lot of their team together too.

I'd put the Falcons as favourites as well, but it seems foolish to go against Foles after how many people he proved wrong last season.
Fucking thunder storm?! Jesus Christ. Must be a bad one.

Not sure what's happened to go from 4 point favourites to being underdogs, at home, as reigning Superbowl champs. No Alshon Jeffrey!?!? and Wentz was projected not to be fit for this from a long way out. If I was forced to have a bet I'd be Eagles at scratch

Not an expert on the game by any means, but I thought Cleveland Browns were rubbish? They remind me a bit of the Jaguars who were also crap for a long time and ended up with a lot of good, young talent via the draft. They didn't actually concede that many points last season but had almost nothing in their offense so only needed to concede 15-20 points to be toast in a lot of games. Now they have a QB, WR and TE with some serious talent between them. I'm saying 6-10 or 7-9 for the Browns.

The WR are really good imo. They've got a workhorse RB in HYde and a pass catcher in Duke Johnson. The OL is the reason every QB has been terrible. Surely?

Dont like the Pilly OFF, but jesus, they can defend. Similar with Atlanta, their DF is elite. Freeman been poor, and Julio the outlet

Freeman been poor, and Julio the outlet Can't believe Julio only caught 3 TDs last season. Should be an absolute minimum of double that with his ability and probably more like 8 or 9. It's not like he's got a QB that can't do it.

Kizer threw a lot of interceptions last season though. Will be great to see if they can win a decent amount and spring the odd surprise. I saw them at Twickenham and they were completely in it for the first half before the Vikings came out firing. Their D was pretty impressive overall.

I don't think I've followed him as much as you, but looking at the stats... Passing yards: 2012- 4719 2013- 4515 2014- 4694 2015- 4591 I mean, he's not Brees/Rodgers/Brady, but he's the next level down in terms of consistently in the last 5-10 years surely? Pretty good. Meanwhile, Foles continues his career as a big-time receiver.

Of all time! Nearly 4200 yds a year every year.

Yards and passes I'm not surprised but TDs I am a bit. That is a great stat. Any de-anchoring Bandele? Maybe he's not viewed as elite because he doesn't move around very much? Just fires missiles more than anyone, ever!
