Has he always had that twitch on his right eye? Seems pretty angry to me.

I'm not going to slag off Rowett.
I would have done the same thing and built around the likes of shawcross and allen.
Those players are letting everyone down

Rowett will do a good job here given time, hopefully we can push for the playoffs this season.

We looked crap all over the pitch, Leeds are on fire as are boro. We can't even string an attack together.
To me Gary has changed sweet fa, tactically and with formation. Lambert came in and sured up the defence, we now look weak again.
Why can't he play two up front at home at least and try to press home advantage?
The boos at full time said it all to me on the first home game of the season, early doors in.
Were weak all over and look the same unbalanced team as last season.

He's full of spin and no substance

Reading between the lines, he doesn't seem too confident of bringing any more players in at all. That will be interesting, not that i'd trust him to spend the money well either.

After some Rowett interviews, I think they're all on the same page and am confident of significant further signings. And then after others, you sense they really aren't on the same book, let alone the same page. This was one of the latter type (as was Scholesy's on deadline day where he sounded as keen on further spending as Charlie Adam when offered a salad)

I thought his post match assessment was accurate apart from his underestimation of Bojan's contribution which I guess was so that he didn't have to admit what a daft mistake he'd made in substituting him - brining off the one bit of class whilst leaving Fletcher on who's legs had gone and Allen who was on a yellow and playing very badly. he could have even
I bet when Rowett wakes up at 4 am tomorrow instead of thinking "yes this is my opportunity to get in the Premiership" he'll be thinking "Shit this club is going to ruin what reputation I have"...…..

Very honest, I do half like how pissed off he is. Can't say he's done anything to impress me thus far, but atleast he's accepting that it's been shit under him. I think, if he was being “very honest,” he’d have mentioned he dropped a bollock taking bojan off

I'm saying this, but I'm obviously not saying its an excuse, because people will say its an excuse, but I'll just put it out there, but its not an excuse you understand.
Ok, Gary.
And yes, West Brazil and Swansea both won today.

Very good interview. He seemed very frustrated regarding transfers. Mentioned that although finances had been agreed and dealt with regarding outgoers eight weeks down the line we have several players who don't want to be here still here.

He's just saying what he knows the fans want to hear. He's full of spin and no substance Exactly. I said to my old lady - I bet the first thing he talks about is the fans. Lambert went that way, started trying to worm his way in through the working class and hard work rhetorical route. Worked for some but some could see right through it, because he didnt have the substance. Pulis for all his faults had that substance in the first 4 years of his second spell. Hughes would try and pin bad results on everybody else. But Rowett, I'd prefer proactive action as opposed to honest reviews. We don't need an after-match analyst as a manager. We need a manager.

Garry came to Stoke because of the money and because of the opportunity to build his own sqaud. The truth is his hands are tied because of the dross already here. Think about this for a minute. Etebo was not his signing but the board went ahead and filled a sqaud place in a position we did not need. The transfer team were already working on the deal. He might be a good player but one who as taken a place in the sqaud I an unbalanced team. To me this the problem and as been for a while. I remember Hughes saying that when good players become available we take them. Also it is not new to tell everyone that a number of players they want to ship out were given extensions when they were past Thier peak and can't get other clubs because of Thier fat wages. Me me one club who would take Charlie and pay him £40,000 or even £20,000. No one.
Listening theGarry Heidi clearly pointing the finger at those above him and rightly so.
It laughable when we need some life in the team we sign a player who is unfit. Again signed because of the good deal on offer and no for the need of the team.
The system that Coates as I'm place could see us struggle this season.

I think Gary is shitting himself. I think it wad, reasonable enough for him to think he would build on the core of premier league players like Allen, Shawcross etc. They are supposed to be the leaders but they have shown up this season and are pathetic.
Rowett is only now realising he still needs another 6-7 players and to get rid of many more.
I am not sure if Rowett is up to the job. Stoke needed a miracle worker like Bielsa who would command respect from everyone including the primadonna types
