I should reiterate, though I've said it many times before. I do not support booing of our players. My protest is a stay away protest, anyone who is actually going to games should support the players on the pitch, as I always did, or not go. That's part of my problem...I find it difficult to support some of our squad because of their attitude. It is better I don't go. That's fair enough. I just think that if 4,000 of you do it, it sends a message. If 10 of you do it, the only people impacted are yourselves. You and this Club will still be here long after Choupo Moting has driven off into the sunset in his Ferrari. You have to start somewhere. Maybe in time others will join me, maybe they already have. This board isn't all of fandom. I've read on here that we should still be expecting gates of 26,000 this season. I'll be amazed. We might for a few weeks, but once the weekly crushing defeats set in, by November we will be back to a 15,000 half full ground again. But, if relegation didn't wake the club up to what's been going on, nothing will, and I can only deduce they are happy with the current situation. As I've said a few times, I believe that they perceive running a mediocre, mid table Championship club to be a less expensive exercise than trying to maintain mid table Prem status. They surely aren't so stupid as to think that what they've done this summer amounts to a promotional challenge. Surely.

If you can't deal with negativity there is not much point coming on a stoke supporters forum right now. For over two years we have been wank and we have pissed away years of hard work establishing ourselves as a premier league club. Last week we were humiliated by a far better prepared team, a team that change their manager every two weeks and are regarded as a laughing stock. If we lose today, the atmosphere will be poisonous, and so it fucking should until we see someone at the club do something I.e the players to actually put in a performance, the manager to get his selections and substitutions right, the board and fucking transfer team to start signing players as part of a coherent strategy. The club is a total shambles. We were in a position to be challenging for trophies and europe and fucked it up. The only way to turn it around is to win some games. Everything changes if we could please please please show some urgency on the pitch, some idea of what it takes to win a football match, then win a football match. Fuck that would feel great Absolutely spot on. Sadly I still get blasted by happy clappers who don't appear to have noticed we've been relegated. Nothing has changed at the moment. when it does people will start to make more positive posts.

I have a 'vendetta' against poor management and poor performance, not against the club itself. Or do you think the club has been well managed the past two or three years?

We all know we’ve been relegated, we all know the problems. it’s the manner in which you, and a few others put your points across. Example, you state we will be getting crushed week in and out, we may, or we may not. Trouble is, naysayers only pipe up when that happens, they don’t come and hold theirs hands up when wrong. (I’ll admit some ‘happyclappers’ do the same when it’s the other way around. We need to stop ripping into each other just because we disagree (goes for the whole of the social media age Tbf) and actually discuss things and take In others points of view. Am I happy with the way the clubs going, not really, could we be worse? Of course we could. Anything can happen in football, I stated in April/May that I could see this being a horrible season, and perhaps that would be the only way to stop this penny pinching. However most level headed people are willing to give it time. TLDR version, we all need to keep our knickers Ona nd dry and see what happens. If this season goes to shit THEN it’s the time to let the board know. Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before it gets better, and we are miles away from that

Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before it gets better, and we are miles away from that I have actually worked out what we need, and what we need is BOJAN! This will sort everything. It'd be like a new signing, almost, and one that revitalises the team and installs confidence and positivity everywhere. He is also a known club 'hero' that the fans could unite behind. Of course, there's every chance that I am completely wrong about this, especially as I know absolutely nothing about football management or tactics, however in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, I'm running with it.

What about then? The side has changed, the manager and coaches has changed The opposition has changed Comparing to last season is as useful as comparing to 1982-93 season. And the squad is still massively unbalanced. Just like you
