What the fuck are you talking about. I'm talking about the fact that he cant strike a football cleanly. Watch him. Get to the ground early, watch the warm up and see for yourself. He can't strike a ball properly with his laces. I thought he can strike the ball, he was a machine of assists, but he doesnt have a coach and he doesnt have a proper striker to make assists for him, he didnt improve in any thing for 2 years, his best performance for Stoke was the 1st few games he played once joined the team before being dropped.

Sadly I'm unable to watch those videos but whilst he may have been an assist machine in the Egyptian league, he most definitely isn't here. He never crosses the ball and he never shoots. Why is that? From what I can see its because he can't strike the ball properly with his laces. He does everything, absolutely everything side footed so when you are a right footed player playing on the left wing, cutting inside and then crossing with the inside of your foot is not an easy technique. Same with switching play from one wing to another. He's shown a total inability to do those things and when you watch him, particularly in the warm up drills that the squad do before every game, you can see why. I'm not sure, at 20 years of age, you can coach someone to strike a ball. Surely he should be able to do it by now? I don't doubt that he's a talented young player and he has some terrific attributes that need to be nurtured for him to realise the potential he has, but he absolutely cannot strike a football properly at the age of 20 and he is currently flattering to deceive in terms of what he produces when he does play. I like him and he should be in the team but he has a long way to go before he seems a realistic and genuine 15m target for a club like Liverpool.

Klopp improved Oxlade-Chamberlain in the matter of half a season at age 24 and he's less talented. Sobhi would no doubt improve under Klopp.

its all quiet in egypt ramahdan had his big chance yesterday and blew it big time failed in all aspects of what is expected of him no energy or determination to beat an opponent created nothing very poor performance from him He is biggest problem he has lost his confidence (like most of them) and was afraid to shoot. Erm...I wonder who’s fault that is.

I find this quite ironic and hilarious. Someone is saying Ramadan cannot hit a ball correctly, the same person is Pieters number 1 fan. The same Pieters who cannot cross a ball and struggles to pass.

If Liverpool are after one of our players it tells you one thing for sure. We should be playing them

I have to say I see where he's coming from. He seems to struggle to put his foot through the ball, I'm a fan of Ramadan by the way and think he's a very neat and tidy player with a great work ethic. Every pass in the final third is always too precise and generally falls short, he needs to play on instinct a bit more, maybe it's a confidence thing?

I think we may need to sell him if Liverpool are bonkers enough to offer £15 million. I know exactly what Dave means. I can only recall one shot at goal. His goals haven't been what I'd call shots but don't ask me to explain that one

It's not a problem with him, it's this team. He won't get into decent positions to shoot, and if he did who will find him. Watch him excel at another team and then comments like the one you've just posted will look really stupid. He can't kick the fucking ball properly. If he gets in a position to shoot or cross he doesn't do it because he cant strike a football. Get into the ground early at watch the warm up. It's the highlight of the day for me. A 20 year old, professional footballer on 20k per week, at least, who can't kick the fucking ball properly. It's hilarious. Dave, it's not just Ramadan.....in the warm up, hardly any of them hit the target, even Shaq fuckin skies them!!!

He has no technique for striking a ball cleanly on or off target. When you watch the warm up each week there are 3 things that stand out...1) we are absolutely hopeless in front of goal and the ball boy at Clayton wood should be the highest paid employee at the club, 2) sobhi can't strike a ball properly and 3) haugaard never makes a save

Watching some videos from the camp and training sessions of the Egyptian national team, Ramadan is talking to Salah all the time, Salah had a similar experience in Chelsea, may be he is sympathetic with the guy, all links between Ramadan and Liverpool are based on a recommendation from Salah.
Tomorrow is a friendly game between Egypt and Portugal in Swiss, I dont know if Ramadan can participate in it or no, based on his performance with Stoke he should be a sub for Trezeuget who is the star of the Turkish league currently.

he can go for me.
no acceleration which is pretty much a prerequisite for a wide man in this league.
completely indecisive.
can't cross, can't shoot.
can dribble, but even when he beats a man he goes back for another few dribbles for some bloody reason.
I'm sure we can turn a profit. I'd rather we sell and get verlinden and Telford back for next season.

Another one that Lambert seems to have pissed off.
He will go on to have a great career in the Premiership despite us almost ruining his talents.
He came as an attacking confident breath of fresh air, but we soon drilled that out of him.

We really do have an objectionable bunch of twats at this club. Complete lack of investment does tend to make people want to get out. These players are not Stoke fans, they want to play where they get the best opportunity to win. Players are only loyal to the club while the going is good. Just like any other job, when it's not working out for you anymore, for any number of reasons, you look for something better.

Another rat who can’t wait to abandon the sinking ship. Another agent trying to unsettle him aka the Arnie situation It’s so disappointing that some fans are writing him off - at least Lambert is giving him opportunities to start - the team are lacking in confidence not just Ramadan Salah may well be influencing him but I doubt that he would get more playing time at Liverpool To continue to play international football he needs to be getting regular football It is all about ambition for both player and team I wonder if he ( and how many others) have release clauses in their contracts if we do go down

Well if that interview is half truthful I’d stick the little weasel in the under 23s till the end of the season and to be honest he can then watch the World Cup with Cameron These arsehole footballers helped get us into this mess they should have the common decency to hang around to get us out of the championship

I'm not even convinced he would be good enough for us in the championship so if he can find a club willing to offer decent money for him then cheerio. He works hard enough and is solid enough but there's a clear lack of quality with his end product. There are plenty of wingers in the championship who are as good as him.

The guy will be on a relatively smaller wage than his teammates - probably around 20k a week.
He clearly has lost confidence, but in the Championship and with Shaqiri gone he will be the MAIN man which he prefers to be.
I reckon he could really flourish as a starter for us next season and we should try to keep him but clearly has ambitions elsewhere

I reckon if we knew the true feelings and intentions of all the players at Stoke, pretty much the whole team would be stuck with the Under 23's based upon this criteria

No pace, can't pass, can't shoot - sell him if he wants to leave.
We've had enough couldn't care less mercenaries at the club it's about time we got some players who will roll their sleeves up and fight for the club just like Glenda, SJW, Rory and others used to.
