Would we buy better or worse than him? Well' I suppose if the snow put him of his game, then championship defenders, certainly will. Probably best for all concerned if he went to a club like Liverpool where he can develop.

I think the Championship may suit him he will never be a top player his decision making is too poor, if Liverpool were daft enough to take him that would be the last you would ever hear of him other than as an unused sub in a league cup game against Rochdale.

Would be happy with that, if it was reinvested We need pace more than anything else, whether we stay up or go down It won't be, if/when we go down the money brought in will cover the wages of the wasters we can't get rid of, Bojan, Imbula etc

I'm convinced he'll go there. Doubt he’ll get more games though

If you believe the rumours about Real Madrid going on a Galactico mission again then this could well have some merit. Salah will go over to Spain probably. Also followed by Harry Kane? De Gea? Pogba? That opens the door for players like Sobhi (and Shaq!), who are clearly highly rated by these clubs. I think we have knocked most of the stardust out of Sobhi but there is no doubt he has flair on the ball and in the right setting, who knows. He is definitely not lightning quick though.

Gone backwards under Hughes and his lazy fitness and training regime, lacks confidence at the moment, if he moved and was under a decent creative manager who has proper mana management skills he will no doubt flourish.
Don't forget what he was like in those first few games when he arrived blistering runs, dribbling just his final decision making was all that needed coaching, but you know Hughes and his coaching crew!!!!

If Sobhi goes to Liverpool it will be for one reason and one reason only. Company for Salah.

It is plain, like the useless football club we now follow. Some of our own fans would not see a talented young player if he walked right up and headbutted them. Sobhi will flourish at a proper football club - that much is plain and, he has been amazingly badly handled by our own. I feel sorry for the lad in truth.

Seriously our coaching teams are nothing short of a failure. It's not a problem with him, it's this team. He won't get into decent positions to shoot, and if he did who will find him. Watch him excel at another team and then comments like the one you've just posted will look really stupid.

I'm not blaming him for his short coming when it come to shooting from outside the box or decision making, I'm blaming our coaching team for not developing this particular skills. Because he gets in a very good position to shoot yet he didn't and looked to pass. IMO, his problem that he was coached wrong under Hughes since if you watched his first matches with us he was outstanding for his age but then he showed a decline in his performance. I'm sure that under a good coaching team he'll be better but sadly that won't be with us or any other team that will deprive him of game time. He should take Salah as an example he didn't care to leave to a team that isn't as big as Chelsea as long as he get to paly regularly.

If he gets in a position to shoot or cross he doesn't do it because he cant strike a football. Get into the ground early at watch the warm up. It's the highlight of the day for me. A 20 year old, professional footballer on 20k per week, at least, who can't kick the fucking ball properly. It's hilarious.

He has a superb first touch and great strength and he has an ability to hold the ball in tight spaces. He cannot, however, strike a ball properly. I'm surprised a poster with your self proclaimed superior knowledge can't see this for yourself. He doesn't cross it or shoot because he's incapable of doing it

Moved from Africa at a young age to play in the Premier League, cannot shoot a football. Are you also surprised Klopp can't see this? Or any other Egyptian player/fan. The surprising thing is that you think this lad cannot play football. If you put him in a sprint versus anyone in our squad I would be 90% confident he would be one of the faster players. A lot of people are judging his pace off certain scenarios. Kompany did the same with Aubameyang. Are you going to tell me he's faster than Aubameyang? That's not how it works. Sobhi has a lot of talent and one day you will be kicking yourself for saying something as ridiculous as him not being able to hit a football correctly.
