IMO he should be sacked if we don't win it (which is highly unlikely) Gouranga.

He should be sacked even if we get to the quarters, he's a prick with ears.

He should have gone a while back. If we don't reach the semis and he's kept we're settling for mediocrity.

Probably. No sense doing it if you haven't got someone better lined up though.

He called Rooney, Wade, the other day. Sat on the bench he often sits there looking confused and he walks around like an old man. These last few months he's seemed to age at an alarming pace. But who are they going to replace him with? No matter he should retire gracefully never mind being sacked. You just know those at the FA would love to keep him...... Neville says he should stay!

He should have been sacked after the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, as even the Vale would have qualified out of our group for Euro 2016.
Oh. . . and not forgetting that he's an owl faced FA puppet with a speech impediment.

After that disastrous world cup he should been sacked... Pity as he's only regressing the team picking fancy dans instead of stalwarts like drinkwater and ryan for players bound to crack like wheelchair.

Yes He should have been sacked after the disgraceful shambles in Brazil. The only way he can redeem himself is to win the competition.
Please don't let us have any more hard luck stories like getting knocked out in the semis., blaming refs, etc.

There are a million and one candidates. Capello is one of the best managers there has ever been and he was toss. Just because they come with a track record doesn't mean they will be a success.
I'd give it to Southgate.

Ok, he's no managerial experience - but does that matter hen you can surround yourself with as much experience and coaching ability as you want? What could possibly go wrong?

I think you still have to have shown at least some aptitude for the gig - it's more than a figurehead role. Might as well just stick an actual lion in the dugout

I really, really don't care. This is the first competition I've got no passion for, mainly down to that utter, utter wanker Owl face being in charge and Rooney obviously starting when he doesn't deserve a starting place, and now the utterly superb, fantastic, scrumptious looking cheesecake I took out of the freezer this morning for tonight has been stolen by the dog, fcuk off Hodgson its your fault.

I'd give it to Southgate. On what basis? Failed at Boro. Failed in U21s Euro's last summer. I'd be gobsmacked if he is ever a success managing adults. If it has to be an Englishman then there is no one,not a single man who is up to the job. Shocking and depressing in equal measure. What is success this summer? Semi and Hodgson keeps his job for sure Fail to make the quarters and I agree he would go. Quarters and play well but unlucky,he would keep his job. Quarters and play badly,he would probably lose it.
