He was ok. 1st half was good, 2nd half more quiet. He still looks like an excellent prospect

His delivery from wide is quality. Such a strange player (in a good way). Unorthodox if you like. He's quite mobile, big and good in the air yet is comfortable coming out wide and has a great touch. Very strange for that type of player. If we can beef him up and get some consistent goals output from him then in a few years time we'll have a 27 year old striker that can do the lot. I'm not sure he'll ever offer us a regular supply of goals. He works far too hard, isn't selfish enough and as a result rarely finds himself in goalscoring positions.Clearly he's a very good player with a lot to offer. I hope he can add goals to his game. If he can, he'll be worth millions of pounds Mama mk2

He gets better every time I see him. I'd start him Tuesday There's a great talent bubbling under. We see glimpses of it but there's more to come from the big guy.

3 assists for him now this season, all crosses. Get him on the wing! Glad he played 90 today, albeit in a disjointed attack. Must admit when he arrived I was expecting a Crouch replacement. In fact he's turning out almost Walters-esque. Lot of running, movement, chance creation and link up play.

I only saw the 2nd half but he must have played like Messi in the 1st half the way some people are raving about him as he was dreadful in the 2nd half. I only saw the second half and tin hat on thought he was a bit toss to be honest !

He has talent. I hope he spends some training time with crouch to learn how to put his touch and size in to a cohesive product consistently. He's not the size of Crouch, but maybe stronger and could offer a lot to the team going forward.

Yet another attacking player that likes fannying around outside the box. He looks really useful has a good touch and is excellent in the air.
Unless he actually gets in the box he will not score goals. We have too many players that want too many touches of the ball. We need to be much more incisive and direct.

He's definitely got something about him and I'm working on whatever it is coming to the fore next season.
Looks to be a very decent technical player.
Needs to beef up and bit and make some more dangerous runs but as we've seen with other players it takes time and he hasn't had the games others have had to settle in.

This is exactly as I see it , he just doesn't look like a 20 goal striker, Yes he's got a nice touch but I'm just not too convinced we need a play maker striker , we need a clinical striker in my opinion !

The point about him not shooting is a fair one and it's symptomatic of the rest of the team generally.
We mostly play really good football now and create any number of openings/half chances in pretty much every game but our propensity to only shoot when the perfect time comes leaves you scratching your head at times as I'm sure it does the gaffer.
If in doubt put your bloody laces through it lads!!

Was our best player imo, linked play up well and rarely wasted his passes as well as a few brilliant first touches and of course an assist.

Great crosser of the ball. Can't help but think he'd be best utilised in a partnership upfront. He is definitely improving.

Hes got the makings of a top player and deserves a run in the side Who would you leave out to accommodate him? I would like to see him interchanging with Bojan because they are both good at movement off the ball and will have a good understanding. So drop Cameron or Affelay and play 4-2-3-1 at home Away from home or against the bigger teams play 4-3-3 with either Bojan or Joselu playing up top, depending whos on form.
