The thing with them three and I'm basing it on assumptions watching Shaqiri previously is that all of them are massively hard workers but combine it with better attacking play. And imo he's not the hardest worker in the team any more. Step forward Mr Diouf. Not a surprise, players that aren't that great technically are always the hard workers Diouf is fucking amazing

Victor Moses is ace. But lazy. Sign him. John Walters is ace. Not lazy. Let's stick with what we've got. No.

He's never struck me as being particularly pacey but there's probably Opta stats or summat that'll prove it one way or another. I'd have Wingie in the side long before JW to be honest. No way, Peter O is a lovely chap but he's Finished . At least Walters can change games and have effect. You know this how? He 'can' yes, but for me he doesn't affect games often enough. Tell you what, pop over to the Norwich v Stoke Matchday thread, have a look at the teams various posters are propposing then have a count up of how many have JW in their starting line up.

Xherdan Shaqiri Marko Arnautovic Victor Moses Mame Diouf Peter Odemwingie And you may have missed the part where I'm quite happy for him to be here for another year, extending his contract beyond that is daft though.

This isn't commenting on John as a player but when people quote his goal record they're talking shit the majority of goals he has scored are from the spot and he still misses a fair few. He is far from a natural goal scorer So, still a goal aint it, or do they not count. Would you rather we signed a striker that scored 15 from the spot and 3 from open play or a striker who scored 15 from open play and 3 from the spot?

Because we've just signed a lad for 12 mill who plays the same position as SJW, and has an amazing pedigree, Christ. :D As I've said, the qualities he has do have some value, against a weak left back he can bully his way to having some effect, he's not great at heading the ball but he's ok and he has boundless energy. On the flip side, he has the first touch of a rapist, isn't particularly good at passing the ball, shows little in the way of vision, often runs down blind alleys and rarely beats the full back on regular basis. I'm off to bed now, I'm not going to convince you and you're certainly not going to convince me. I'm still intrigued as to how you 'know' Wingie is finished...

If he signs a new contract....you'll never convince it's not a fucked up short sighted decision made by people who've made 4/5 similar decisions in the past year.

10+ goals a season on the right for 1.5 million, don't think so. Sorry buddy but that's horseshit. He's never scored 10+ league goals for us. In fact his record is 8. It would be fair to say he's bordering on fucking hopeless in front of goal. Think he's only scored less than 10 goals in a season once in all competitions. Not bad for a guy who ain't even a right midfielder with not a lot of pace. Granted not the best finisher and has missed a couple of penalties but he's been a great signing IMO.

I have, lots of times. I'm with Bayern on his one. His character around the dressing room and his never say die attitude are commendable qualities but let's not start making shit up just because it suits. Remember when we played West Ham last season. Walters outsprinted that Jenkinson and that Jenkinson had an headstart. That was Cresswell, bullied the lad in that game and does well in many games, however we now have better. If he was more of a team player then I would certainly want him on the bench as we would be a stronger team for it. He isn't and that's why I think he should be sold.

The thing is with Berahino sold Walters would be their best winger...it is nailed on!
