No complacency and no arrogance. We were the better side, should have won at a canter bit make the wrong decisions way too often and waste chances and good situations. We've played well, conceded from their only 2 shots at goal and missed countless chances to win 5 or 6. Frustrating for sure but not for the reasons you say. |

Only ever seemed to look urgent when it was a draw.
As soon as we took the league, everyone tried to score over the top elaborate goals.
We we're far superior today, and if we were fully focused and kept things simple we could have won 5-0 today.
Even Hughes was complacent with his substitutions, bringing off Moses (our best player) with ten minutes to go, as though we had won the game!
Awful subs. Why bring on Sidwell? His only other performance was a horrendous one against Hull. Not the time to bring him on, when you are defending a slender lead.
We need to learn that just because we are the better team, doesn't give us a right to win games. Need to take your chances.

Very few points if any to be had in December. We lost agh knew to Leicester and villa - 6 points thrown away IMO - and threw away another 2 today. 8 points. True we got 3 against citeh. The fact of the matter is that the Stoke City players well and truly messed up. If I were Mark Hughes, they would get a complete and utter bollocking! We still, for all the good work done, give the ball away far too cheaply, and until we stop this, the frigging results will stay the same! At least 8 points blown in matches that were there for the taking, and some of our defending is woeful. Why we don't put someone on the line with Bego at free kicks is another bone of contention. Someone like Krancjar would be rubbing his hands at that, and guess what, he scored as if there was no goalkeeper there at all. If anyone is happy with the performances up to now, apart from Citeh, they are all too easily pleased! Like I say, they want St---- ng for that today. Totally fed up!

We simply aren't good enough to take the chances we have. Pieters, N'zonzi, Crouch, Adam, Diouf, Moses all should have won us the game. None of them did because they aren't good enough, consistently enough. Get used to it and get over it. We played very well today. Focus on the positives not the negatives. |
