From a section of the Boothen today. To the culprits, utter scum, ashamed to say I support the same club as them.

What were they chanting? Must be mentally challenged if true when we've got a 6ft black lad banging the goals in for us, who they no doubt cheered for

Can the club get into trouble for this? I hope it stays quiet in the media but the that club investigates this further. It's despicable behavior and the club must take a zero tolerance stance on this.

That's the thing with cup games. The old block 19 scum who can't afford a season ticket turn up because it's cheap. Disgraceful.

My problem is that what some call racist, I don't. If I were to go to Africa, and everyone there referred to me as "Whitey", why should I mind?
I know that it is the intention behind the words that really matters, but I do, sort of, think that things have gone a bit too far at times.
Not to condone REAL racism.

Well I sit in block 21 (middle of the boothen) and didn't hear any racist chanting or any other chanting today. Apart from the one person who started this thread did anyone else hear anything?

'block 19 scum' oh dear is that any better than being racist? I sat in block 19 for 5 years and you'd always notice them come cawling out of the woodwork when we had a cup game and the regulars weren't there. To be fair, the people sat around me were decent folk, but it always seemed to have a higher proportion of idiots.

No different to the three or 4 scum that were chanting anti Jew songs at spurs(not the ones singing about having their manhoods out). thankfully no one else joined in with them.
They also sang "we pay your benefits" which was quite fitting considering each of them looked like a bunch of smack rats. Thankfully its an isolated case and these muppets aren't seen too often.

The fact that some people have decided to bring attention to the fact that someone is black could be construed as racist. Why should it matter? It's daft that it is the first thing that comes into people's mind. When a good player plays at the Brit, or one that winds up the fans, the colour of the blokes skin would not even enter my mind.

I am guessing that the chant could have been "your just a town full of p####" If this was the chant is it really that bad? Not saying it's right by the way before someone jumps down my throat.

Rompindonkey. I agree. I know nothing like that should be said and id never say anything myself. It's totally wrong. But I agree if I went to play in Africa say, and I got booed, called whitey, chalky and had pieces of chalk chucked on the pitch id say 'yeh I'm bad' laugh, feel proud of who I am and carry on.
Don't get me wrong im not trying to justify it and it should be stamped out, im just trying to think how id feel.

The difference being, black people were persecuted for hundreds of years, white people were not.

Yes it is that bad you moron. It is meant as an insult, so how do you think the Asian community in Leicester would react to it?
