I suspect he is still struggling with an injury.

Let's generously say that he looked like a player who is coming back from an injury.
I see that the USA have a game coming up soon that Shea could be asked to take part in. He needs to make his mind up as to whether he wants to get another cap for a mickey mouse country or have a career in the professional game, sharpish.

He'll never make it as long as he insists on having a cunt's hair cut.

To tell the truth he was abysmal, hopefully he'll improve with match fitness but I've got my doubts.

It's hard to judge when a player is coming back from injury, but at the moment I'd put him behind Assaidi and Etherington for a place on the left.
Hopefully the competition we now have will spur him on.

He simply isn't good enough at this level , it was obvious in his fulham and west ham performances last year ,as it stands he is the fourth best left sided option and it's not often I put Walters ahead of anyone

Didn't go to the match tonight but from the times I've seen him (less than ten times) he reminds me of Hannes Siggurdson with his touch, height and mediocre acceleration, I'm just hoping that he is infinitely better or is a back up option to play upfront. It may sound negative and is with little foundation but that's just the feeling I get.

As I said after the Fulham appearance, he hasn't got the first clue.
No urgency, no positional sense, the bloke can't even run with purpose. Absolute total shit. Get rid!

Looks like stoke fans have found their new whipping boy. He is coming back from injury. What do you expect?
He will be fine.

Looks like stoke fans have found their new whipping boy. He is coming back from injury. What do you expect? He will be fine. No. He was just clueless. If you went then you will have seen it for yourself. Assaidi on the other hand looks a player. He should be a straight replacement for Matty on Saturday and Jones in for the hapless Crouch. As for Shea, its only a matter of time before he goes back to his level in America.
